B. Click ‘MADE IN GREEN’

C. Click ‘Article / Requests’

D. In the box to the left of the ‘+Relabel’ button, type your supplier’s MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX® label number (case sensitive)

E. Click ‘+Relabel’

A. View your supplier’s article definition and make any desired changes to white boxes

B. Update public info pulled from the supplier’s article, which will appear on the oeko-tex.com Label Check (Article name, number and description)

C. If applicable, select your own STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate associated with this product from the dropdown

6.2 Re-define Article

A. Select at least 1 (35 max) color (for internal use only) • Click in the white space of

the color box and select the closest color

• Click ‘x’ to delete color• Click pencil to edit color

B. Once a label is generated, this information can NOT be changed

A. View details of the article’s component pulled from the supplier’s MADE IN GREEN label number

B. If desired, change any info in the boxes that are white

C. Once a label generated, this information can NOT be changed

D. Click ‘Save’

B. Click ‘Request confirmation for this component’

6.3 Request Component Confirmation



A. Check system’s email address for your supplier

B. If necessary, enter additional addresses and click ‘+’Hint: Add your own email address to receive a copy

C. Click ‘Ok’

A. Orange component needs confirmation from the supplier for your re-label and will be hidden from public supply chain until confirmed

A. Review sent all component requests and their current status (unanswered / total)

B. Click on unconfirmed component supplier’s name

C. Review details of the pending component request

6.4.2 View Sent Component Request Status



A. Supplier receives email from [email protected]

B. Click ‘CONFIRM REQUEST’

D. Review received component requests and their current status (unanswered / total)

A. Correct the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate number for this component, if necessary

B. Click ‘Confirm request’

C. Click ‘Ok’ in the confirmation popup

C. View message at bottom of page ‘This article’s supply chain fulfills the criteria for a MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX® label’

A. Click ‘Ok’ in the popup to create re-label number

A. In the label detail, view new MIG label number/ID and ‘Pending’ label status for label that is not yet generated

B. Tick the box ‘Anonymize supply chain’ to show only the supplier icon and country on oeko-tex.com Label Check

C. Click the box to ‘Show in buying guide’ so consumers and buyers can find your company on oeko-tex.com Buying Guide

6.10 View and Edit Label’s Public Options

A. Upload picture of the article to display on Label Check

B. Add description of the article that will show as a rollover pop-up on the image

C. Click ‘Upload Picture’(Image will be saved when you ‘fixate’ label renewal)

6.11 Save Label Details



A. Select the date to begin the one-year extended label validity

B. Tick the box to agree to the terms

C. Click ‘Yes, Fixate the label’

6.12 Generate Label (Start 1 Year Validity)



A. View generated label with ‘Valid’ label status, MIG label number/ID, validity date and article name, renewal date

B. Your label renewal can be started up to 3 months before label’s expiration date
