Planned orders will come forFG from the APO and accordingly the unit planner will give the MRP Run to generate planned orders for SFG. So our production officer is ready with the planned orders for both the FG and SFG levels to start the day.

The system status will be EXPL& EXTS.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

The first step for the production officer is to convert all the planned orders which he will use in the day to the process orders.

1st step : Select the Plant.

2nd step : Select the planned order rows we want to convert.

3rd step : Convert using the convert button for mass conversion.

This will create the process orders for the production officer to use for the day.

The order status will be CRTD.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

After the process of Process Order Creation, the next step for the production officer is to Release the process orders. To do this he has to :

Step 1- Enter Plant;

Step 2- Select the rows Required for release;

Step 3- Release the process orders using the mass release button.

We can also do the release From the process order creation t-code as in the case for rework processorder.The order status will be REL.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP RunAfter the release of the processorder we have to do a material staging for the RM & PM required for the FG & SFG to be produced. To do the same

Step 1- Select the plant;

Step 2- Identify the relevant orders for material staging using the search criteria;

Step3- Do the replenishment for the materials;

Step 4- Select the line items and do the material staging.

This step will generate a reservation number on the warehouse for them to do a material transfer so that the production can be booked.The order status will be MACM.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

This step onwards can be done during the shift operation ie. During the actual production booking. Hence the Shift officer can also perform the same activities.

Shop Floor Print will give a detailed printout of the process order which will be confirmed with all the attributes like plant; Order type; Order qty;materials; reqd. qty, storage location; operation type, etc.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

Material Reservation Slip will generate a printout of the materials reserved for Production from the warehouse at the stageof Pull List – ZMF60.

The list contains the reservationnumber, item details with qty, relevant movement type, storage location, etc.

This printout is to be taken andgiven to the warehouse for them to do the material transferto shopfloor.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

In order to do the Confirmation of process orders, we have to use this t-code. We have already met all our prerequisites for this process to start. To recollect we have created and released the process order,then did the material staging for the missing materials and provided the reservation slip to the warehouse. Warehouse has provided thematerials reqd. so now we are ready for the confimation of process order. Step 1- Select plant and FG or SFG process order; Step-2 : Confirm for either full or partial qty with shift no.,price lot, packing date, case config; Step-3 : Confirm and save. The order status will be GMPS And PCNF or CNF

As a process no process orderalready created shall be carry forward to the next month.

This is because there will be a material period closure for everymonth.

Therefore all the FG & SFG orders for the period has to be closed.

To do this we use this t-code.

The order status will be TECO.

Planned orders will be generated by APO for the FG level and by MRP run for the SFG level.

MRP Run

In order to cancel a process order we should use the t-codeCORS. The prerequisite to cancel a confirmed process orderis that it has to be done beforeclose ie. TECO status.

The order status will be REL only as CNF or PCNF will getcancelled.

In case of the certain scenarios,like in case of month end, the3rd shift process orders cannot be used as there will be material closing before the shift starts.

So the production officer has tomanually create process orders.

Step 1: Select plant, Order type;Step-2 : Enter qty, finish date; Step-3 : Run Sceduling for start date and save.

The rest of the process flow will be same as described before.

The order status will be CRTD.

In case of Rework Process Orders, there will be no APO and MRP. Therefore there will be no planned order. We have to manually create the Rework Process Order using a special t-code ZCOR1.

Step 1: Select plant. The order type will be R001 by default;Step-2 : Enter qty, finish date; Step-3 : Run Sceduling for start date and save.

The rest of the process flow will be same as described before

The order status will be CRTD.
