4. 2021 SFA Convention Cancellation Policy: Cancellation on or before September 1, 2021: Full refund Cancellation between September 1, 2021 and October 1, 2021: 50% Refund. Cancellation on or after October 1st, 2021: NO REFUND except for extraordinary circumstances. Cancellation policy for room reservations at the Orleans Hotel is solely in accordance with their resort policy.

All Access Registration: $189.00 This registration includes all regular events (except golf tournament). 4 Day Hospitality Suite with Open Bar, All Guest Speakers & Presentations, Death Valley Motorcycle Ride, Butler Purple Heart Race / Picnic / Day Party at the M Hotel, Valley of Fire Tour, Shopping Excursion, and Closing Night Banquet. Includes, special edition SFA Convention Coin and T Shirt.

Or- A La Carte Registration

$30.00 Butler Purple Heart Run / Picnic /Day Party: Allows you admission to the Picnic/Day Party at the M Hotel pool deck with DJ. Live entertainment and vendors. The Butler Race will run around the M Hotel from 8am-11am and culminate with a post race awards ceremony and after party. Takes place on Saturday October 23rd from 8:00am -5:00pm at the M Hotel Las Vegas..

$70.00 SFAC Banquet: Allows you to participate in the 2021 SFAC culmination event with dinner, guest speakers and live band. Takes place on Monday night October 25th, 2021 from 5:00pm - 10:00pm at the Orleans Hotel.

$99.00 Hospitality Room Only: Allows admission to the hospitality room for all 4 days. The Hospitality Room features open bars and a vendor showcase.

$50.00 Golf Tournament: The Golf Tournament is limited to 72 Players on 4-Man Teams. You may add the Golf Tournament in additional to your Convention Registration. You may contact other registered players to form your 4-man team. If you have not secured your 4-man team by October 12, 2021 we will assist you with assignment to a team. The Tournament takes place on October 25, 2021 from 8:00am - 1:00pm held at Nellis Air Force Base. FOR GOLFERS: Nellis AFB has 25 sets of rental clubs that are free to use available on first come first serve basis.

**Shopping Tour and Valley of Fire Tours are free and available to all SFA attendees. Signups for these tours will be at the Registration Desk.
