Delivery service
We deliver all your IKEA purchases (except plants, food and fragile products) to your home or workplace. We don’t just stop at your front door either, we’ll take your purchases to whatever room you like. Where required, we will also pick the products from the store.
Your order will be delivered within 2 days if you live in our store delivery area, and 2 to 7 days if within shaded PIN codes on the next page.

Assembly service
Our products are designed to be easy to assemble, so you can do it yourself. But if you prefer, our assembly service will be happy to build your IKEA furniture for you in your home or workplace.
You can book the service for anything from a single piece of furniture to an entire wardrobe system. The service also includes the installation of bathroom, lighting and window solutions too, and you get a 1-year guarantee on workmanship.
We’ll even take the packaging away too and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.

Kitchen planning service
Our kitchen planning specialists help you plan your perfect kitchen free of charge in the store - they’ll even visit your home or workplace for a small fee. Or you can always try our kitchen planning tools online at www.IKEA.in/kitchen-planner
Pricing3 hours kitchen planning and measuring in your home with our specialists costs Rs.3,000. However, we will reimburse 100% of the planning cost via an IKEA gift card, if you buy an IKEA kitchen for a total value over Rs.100,000 within a year.

Measuring service
We arrange for one of our experienced professionals to visit your home or workplace, so you get the exact measurements you need to plan your new kitchen, living room, bedroom or bathroom.
PricingOur measuring service costs Rs.1,000 per room. However, we will reimburse 100% of the measuring cost via an IKEA gift card, on purchase of value over Rs.50,000 within a year.

Installation service
Before installation, we’ll visit your home or workplace to make sure the order and measurements are correct. Then we’ll install your new kitchen or bathroom, and co-ordinate the job from start to finish. You get a completely functional kitchen or bathroom with a 3-year guarantee on workmanship.

Interior Planning serviceAs an IKEA BUSINESS member, you’ll get access to our Interior Planning service, with specialised co-workers selecting the exact IKEA products to fit your business needs, style and budget. We’ll help you create the perfect workspace, and give you a detailed presentation including a plan, product information and formal quotation.The planning session with us in the store takes approximately 90 minutes.
Pricing Interior Planning service is charged at Rs.5,000 per room, max area per room is 2,000 ft2 (186 m2). This fee is fully refunded via an IKEA gift card, on purchase of value over Rs.100,000, within 6 months of planning service date.

Measuring serviceThere’s a measuring service for IKEA BUSINESS members who do not have an accurate floorplan, or who require a more detailed survey of the space to be planned. Our co-workers visit your site and take detailed measurements and photos to help create the perfect solution for your workspace. We measure the dimensions of the space, check the location and size of windows, doors, outlets, utilities, and obstructions. We also confirm access to the area for delivery and installation. This service costs Rs.1,000 per layout, max 2,000 ft2 (186 m2) each. Fully refunded via an IKEA gift card, on purchase of value Rs.50,000.
Billed statement account cardQualified member businesses get access to billed payments, allowing you to make purchases and finalize payment via bank transfer up to 30 days later, at no extra cost.

Sit down with our home furnishing specialist in the store and create an inspiring interior for any room in your home. We’ll give you helpful tips and ideas to make your life at home even better. You get a basic floor plan, collage and a detailed item list to make purchasing easy, just book a meeting with us and we’ll do the rest.
PricingThe price for this home furnishing service is Rs.2,000 per room. For IKEA FAMILY members, this fee is fully refundable via an IKEA gift card, on purchase of value Rs.50,000, within six months.

It’s OK to change your mind
You have 60 days to return your purchase, 90 days if you are an IKEA FAMILY or IKEA BUSINESS member. Keep your receipt safe to make returns easier.
About our Return PolicyThe terms and conditions set out in this return policy apply to all goods purchased from an IKEA store in India.
Your right to cancel It’s important to us that you are happy with your IKEA purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied you can return your purchase within 60 days (90 days for IKEA FAMILY and IKEA BUSINESS members). You get a full refund by the same method as your original payment. Simply return the products in new and unused condition with proof of purchse and, if possible, with the original packaging. If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will refund the lowest selling price within the last 6 months for that product.
You can return any product, as long as it’s in resaleable condition, except custom-made worktops, food items, installed white goods and plants.
We will accept ASIS items within 7 days of purchase for returns.
Refunding your moneyWe will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment or offer you a refund card.
Your consumer rightsThis return policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Your local IKEA store reserves the right to refuse a refund.
