Deploying your resources
You should now consider the individual events in your festival programme in terms of how the resources you have identified are deployed across the various events you are running.
Draw up a festival timetable showing when and where each event will be staged.
Unit 1: Scene Creative and Media: Level 2 Higher Diploma
Make a list of resources needed for each event and crosscheck this list with your event timetable to ensure all resources are available at the times they are needed.
