2. Click “Run” on Java pop-up, if necessary

3. Click “Test Meeting Connectivity”

4. Click “Downloads”

5. Install “Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-In”

6. Go to ***ACTUAL LINK WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON [DATE]***

7. Enter First and Last Name, then click “Enter Room” and wait for acceptance to meeting
