THE STATUS OF IMT-2020 AT WP 5D Completed Documents

○ Recommendation M.2083: IMT Vision – “Framework and overall objectives of the future development of IMT for 2020 and beyond”

○ Report M.2410: key requirements related to the minimum technical performance of IMT-2020 candidate radio interface technologies

○ Report M.2411: deals with on the requirements, evaluation criteria and submission templates for the development of Recommendations and Reports on IMT-2020

○ Report M.2412: provides guidelines for the procedure, the methodology and the criteria (technical, spectrum and service) to be used in evaluating the candidate IMT-2020 radio interface

Submitted Proposals being Processed as a candidate for IMT-2020 ○ Multiple companies from 3GPP: RIT (NR only) + SRIT (NR + LTE) ○ Korea: RIT completely compatible with 3GPP NR ○ China: RIT composed of 3GPP NR and LTE NB-IoT, completely compatible with 3GPP NR

and LTE NB-IoT, respectively ○ India: RIT, compatible with 3GPP NR ○ ETSI: DECT-2020
