Choose Your Program

The first step is to choose a program that best suits your needs. Our programs include Cleanse (C) days utilizing specific HealthTrim supplements, as well as Shake (S)/Meal (M) days, where you continue to take HealthTrim supplements, while consuming healthy, high fiber meals and/or shakes.

which is currently under revision.

The complete Guide will be

available online in the near future.

Caution: Consult with your doctor before using any Genesis PURE products or beginning any weight loss program. The 7 Day Detox Program is a very low-calorie diet which may not be appropriate for all individuals. Those taking prescription medications or who suffer from health conditions such as diabetes, gout, cancer, porphyria, or metabolic disease as well as those with heart, liver, or kidney conditions should not use the program without first speaking with their doctor. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and adolescents should not use the program.

It is not recommended to follow the 7 Day Detox Program for more than 7 days. Cleanse days are only recommended on days 1, 2, 6, and 7; it is not recommended to add more cleanse days. Individual caloric needs may vary. It is recommended to consult with your doctor and alter meal plans to meet your individual caloric needs.

Go Shopping

In preparation for your program, it is important to have your pantry and refrigerator stocked with appropriate foods. Be prepared to shop weekly for fresh fruits and veg-etables. Grains and plant-based protein can be kept dry and stored in air tight contain-ers. Animal protein can be purchased fresh or frozen and stored appropriately. Please refer to the Meal Planning Guide below to prepare your shopping list.

Meal Planning GuideIt is very important to eat healthy meals during the HealthTrim Program. Meals should be unprocessed, high in fiber and mostly alkalizing. Using the guide below, choose one item from each category to create your own meals, paying close attention to the portion recommendations. Be sure to eat a ‘rainbow’ of vegetables daily!

Water ConsumptionDrink at least 80-100 ounces (10-12.5 cups) of water treated with Alkaline Water Con-centrate on cleanse days and at least 60-80 ounces (7.5-10 cups) on non-cleanse days, depending on your body weight. General rule of thumb is to consume half your body weight in ounces of water daily; more if you are sick, active, or sweating excessively.
