Mullion Cove encompasses everything you could want of a Cornish beach: impressive views, an unspoilt stretch of sand and

a variety of cliff walks to choose from. On a clear day, you can see for miles across the coast or out to sea and, whatever the season, no dog or their owner can fail to enjoy a good walk at

Mullion Cove.

Gyllyngvase Beach is a great out of season spot to take your dog. On the outskirts of Falmouth, it’s a convenient and easy-to-find location. When you’ve tired of throwing sticks for your four-legged friend and have persuaded him out of the sea, Gylly Beach café is perfect for a refreshment stop. And with a heated dog-friendly area outdoors, it may well be somewhere you linger rather longer than you expected.

Helford Village- Frenchman’s Creek. If you are looking for things to do in Cornwall - This is an ideal afternoon walk and takes about an hour and a half. Starting from Helford Village, the

designated footpath takes you through delightful countryside, across a pebbly cove and winds its way down to the creek made famous by Daphne du Maurier’s novel of the same name. Having

made your way back to Helford Village, why not quench your thirst in The Ferryboat Inn, where your four-legged friend will be welcomed in with the promise of a bowl of water and sometimes

even a doggy-treat!
