Our Mission
We believe in the power of ONE. We believe that in ONE moment, with ONE touch or ONE word, you canmake a difference in the life of ONE baby, ONE family, and make alasting imprint on their ONE brain. We believe YOU are that ONE.
WHAT IS THE ONE conference?
The ONE Conference was created by NICU Nurses for NICU nurses, but everyONE who cares for NICU babies is welcome.
Our agenda focuses on the four pillars of Neuro-Nurturing NICU Care:
Neuro-assessment, Neuro-monitoring, Neuro-development, and Neuro-protection.

1 Brain - 4 Pillars -1 mission
The international faculty include bedside nurses, nursepractitioners, nurse educators, clinical nurse specialists aswell as physicians and other leading scientists andclinicians from a variety of disciplines.
The talks are evidence-based, but focus on the practicalapplication to everyday life in the NICU so that you canleave the conference inspired to implement something inyour NICU after you go home.
When you attend the ONE Conference you are also joining a community of like mindedprofessionals who can support you all year long.
We know that the work we do in the NICU can be as draining as it is rewarding, so theconference agenda focuses both on nourishing your heart and your head. We providethe conference in a resort environment so that you can renew and refresh as you setyour course and launch your action plan for the year to come.
Each year we bring together the world's leading nursing leaders in the field of neonatalneuro-critical and neuro-protective care.
