DESCRIPTION This is a specially designed circular duct system with insulation for distribution of treated air in air condition systems from the air handling unit (AHU) to the areas served. It consist of a system with spiral-wounded ducts, and a number of duct details together forming a duct system with bends, reducers, branches, etc. in a number of standard dimensions. There are available two types of ductwork system: nonisulated and preinsulated. All parts of the last one are made from an inner and outer duct with a layer of insulation (16mm thick) in between. They resistant to temperature is from -30oC to 100oC. Moreover, the ductwork system can support negative pressure of up to 3000Pa, and overpressures up to 5000Pa. All details in both systems are fitted with rubber seals on the inner duct to ensure tightness when fitted to the ducts. All elements are easy and quick to install. Factory-installed gasket (with no loose components) ensures proper adherence to the duct after joining. Every part can be installed in any weather conditions. Preinsulated ductwork – available elements: - round spiro duct – SRI; - bends 90, 60, 45, 30, 15 – BFLI; - reducer – RCLLI; - tee – TCPLI; - nipple connector – NPLI; - muff connector – MFI; - fitting caps – EPFI; - end caps – ESLI; - damper – DSLI. DESCRIPTION Round spiral ducts are available in diameters from 80 to 250mm. This part of ductwork system is made of an inner and outer duct with a layer of insulation (16mm thick) in between.
