Customer Portal: Visibility into All Notifications, Regardless of
Current Contact
Customer Portal now provides visibility into all notifications regarding work orders where anaction is required, even if that action is not associated with the current contact.
Previously, a store manager would not have insight into important information regarding his or her work orders. The manager might therefore be waiting on a technician to come out and fix aproblem, when in fact the related work order had been flagged and sent to his or her boss with a“Review Request” flag. With this change, the manager has a broader view of how his or her work orders are progressing and can ask their boss to review and approve pending work ordersso that the work gets done in a timely manner.
Ability to Hide the Default Task in the Customer Portal A new Customer Portal theme setting “Show the "Other" option” has been added tothe Customer Portal Settings screen. This new feature is combined with the exisiing globaldefault task setting found under Work Orders > Work Flow > Settings.

Because it is a locations, that is Space or Site, search, when there are multiple locationsfor a given customer, multiple results appear.

CUSTOMER BILLING FEATURES
The following Customer Billing features were added to CorrigoNet 7.7 as part of an interimupdate.
Preview/View Billing Button on the Work Order Details Screen

When the work order's billing status is “Billed” or “Billed, Modified,” you can now click a ViewBilling button in the Financial region of the Work Order details screen to open a dialog thatpresents the line items as currently billed on the linked invoice.

Note: An equivalent field was added to some of the report wizards as described in theReporting section of these release notes.
Ability to Exclude Service Fees by an Exclude FlagIt is now possible to bill a customer for Service Fees plus consumables added by the vendor without double-billing the customer for the original service since this is already billed in theService Fee. This solves the “consumables conundrum” where, for a given service, there is afixed AP and AR amount, with the possible exception of additional line items like consumablesfor Janitorial Services added by the vendor that would need to be billed (with ot without markup)on the customer billing.
The exclude feature is used with the “Vendor and Service Fees” customer Billing option. In thiscase, any items like consumables, when added by the vendor, are moved to the Customer Invoice, but the original vendor invoice item is excluded from being double counted because
the exclude flag is set on the corresponding Service Fee in the same work order.
An "Exclude" check box has been added to the Service Fees tab on the Work Order detailsscreen. When selected, the related services are excluded from the Vendor invoice.
In the example below, the Vendor Invoice tab displays two line items: Consumable Goods andJanitorial Services.

The Service Fees tab also contains the Janitorial Fees line item, but since the "Exclude" optionhas been selected, clicking the Preview Billing link displays a Work Order Billing screen thatonly contains one line item for Janitorial Services. If the "Exclude" check box had not beenselected, the Work Order Billing screen would show three line items, double counting theJanitorial Services because the Billing Rule is set to Vendor and Service Fees for the workorder.

Customer invoices now include a warning icon to identify work orders that have a status of "Billed, Modified." When a user hovers over the icon, the text, "WO billing status is "Billed,Modified" displays in a tool tip box. This has been added to make it obvious to a billingcoordinator what line items already billed for might be affected by a work order that has been
changed to a status of "Billed, Modified."
In addition, the related Work Order details screen now also displays the warning icon.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEATURES
The following Administrative features were added to CorrigoNet 7.7 as part of an interim update.
Ability to Define Multiple Corporate Entities
Originally, tax engine integration was designed to support a single Company Entity for eachCorrigo instance. This entity was defined in the Company ID field that is part of the 3rd PartyTax Calculation settings. Because some users are now combining multiple business units thatfunction as different companies, CorrigoNet has been updated to send transactions based onthe Business Unit/Company ID associated with each Business Account.
If you click the Define button, a Corporate Entities screen appears, allowing you to add newentities or edit or delete existing ones.
The following behavioral changes were made to the Company Configuration section of theGeneral Settings screen (Financial > Settings > General):
When “Single ID” option is chosen, tax Integration works as it does today, using the ID
from the Financial General Settings Configuration. When “Multiple Entities” is chosen, then tax integration looks to the billing account to pull
the Entity ID for the related Company and uses that in the tax transaction.
If “Multiple Entities” is selected, but there is no ent ity associated with a specific Billing Account, then the Single Entity value is used.
In addition, the Billing Account Details screen for the customer now includes an Entity field, which lists all of the entities associated with the customer.
