Positive approach of IAQG for the aeronautical companies:
15
-Actions implemented in the frame of IAQG allowed to standardize quality systems (EN 9100/9101/9102…….).
-These standards are internationally recognized.
-This consecutively results in a reduction of the survey extent for the benefit of suppliers.
-Implementation of these referential increases the companies performances (improvement on a continuous basis).
-IAQG favours actions in order to improve the communications with the Authorities and promote regulation standards improvements.

17
What we expect .
18
-Harmonize the special process qualification systems(PRI/NAPCAP and AECMA/PRO) in order to avoid the double qualification costs.
-Promote continuous improvement in defining the bestpractices(organizations, process capabilities, riskmanagement),give information and training about
reading of the EN9100 standard; these information could be displayed on the internet site.
-Periodic assessment of third party certifier to ensure the uniformity of evaluation and quotation method .
19
-Promote the deployment of the EN9100 certifications: our assessment shows that only 50% of our suppliers are certified according ISOV2000 and only 15% according EN9100 standard
-Continue standardization of quality systems(configuration Control,risk management………)
20
Conclusions:
*IAQG activities bring positives results in term of quality processes standardization, continuous improvement approach and cost reductions.
*It will be now necessary to make concrete the enforcement of these referential in such a way that the majority of aeronautical suppliers be involved in a continuous improvement approach.
