8 days/7 nights in Bosnia and Herzegovina
1st day: Arrival and transfer to hotel. Free time.
2nd day: After breakfast we will have Sarajevo Walking Tour. Highlights of the tour are: Baščaršija Square – Sebilj
Foutain – Oldest Street in Sarajevo – Old Orthodox Church – Cathedral of Sacred Jesus Heart – Synagogue – Gazi
Husrev-bey Mosque – Clock Tower – Caravan Saray – Old Madraasa – Bazaar – Meeting of Cultures Spot – Sarajevo
Roses – Hotel Europe – Assasination Spot – Latin bridge. Later we will proceed to Spring of the river Bosnia where
you will enjoy in beautiful nature so close to the city. Overnight in Sarajevo.
3rd day: This day is reserved for Bijambare cave tour. Bijambare cave is located around 40 km away from Sarajevo
and is one of most beautiful caves in Bosnia. After we are there, first we shall take a nice walk through the beautiful
combination of oak, beech and pine forest to reach the Bijambare Cave complex. The walk is rich enriched with plenty
of beautiful scenery, small creeks, small lake usually there in spring/winter, fresh air and much more, what will make
us have a great beginning at least. After Bijambare cave we recommend lunch at local food restaurant “Kulin dvor”.
After small break with Sarajevo local tour guide, we will proceed to most Olympic mountains Bjelasnica and Igman.

4th day: After breakfast you will hear a story of the longest siege in the modern history of war - Sarajevo War tour,
Fall of Yugoslavia. Highlights are: Yellow fortress, City hall – Defenders cemetery – Olympic stadium Kosevo – Olympic
hall Zetra – Romeo and Juliet of Sarajevo grave – St. Vitus heros chappel – Sniper Alley – Hotel Holiday Inn – Old
Yugoslav military barrack – Sarajevo Roses – Cellist of Sarajevo – Tunnel of Hope – bob sleigh track – frontlines – one
of main headquarters of Bosnian Serbs during the siege – Sarajevo local guide. We could organize Dinner with
Bosnian family in Bosnian house as well. Overnight in Sarajevo.
5th day: This day is reserved for Travnik and Jajce tour. Travnik is one of the best-preserved cities from the Ottoman
times. There are 28 protected cultural and historical buildings in this area. The most important of them are: the
medieval fortress, built in the 15th century, Jeni mosque, which is the oldest building from the Ottoman period,
Sulejmanija or Šarena mosque, Jezuit Grammar School and Elči Ibrahim-Pasha madrassa – muslim school that is still
used today. There are also two clock towers built in the 18th century, as well as a sundial, built in 1886.
After visiting Travnik we will continue to Jajce, the capital of the independent medieval Kingdom of Bosnia, a city of
stone, light and water. The royal castle, town-museum under the open sky, was built on the banks of the rivers Pliva
and Vrbas. Once you are there, you get the feeling of mysterious history of the place and you will rush to get to know
it better. Overnight in Sarajevo.
8 days/7 nights in Bosnia and Herzegovina
6th day: In the morning we will proceed to Mostar. First stop is Konjic is known by The Old Stone Bridge, which
connected the banks of Neretva river for centuries, since 1682. until WW2, when it was destroyed by German
occupier, during the withdrawal of their troops. It was opened in 2009, after being reconstructed as the original
bridge and has been on the list of national monuments of BiH since 2003.
Later we will proceed to Blagaj – a haven of peace and natural harmony. The Blagaj tour will include Tekke, or the
Dervish Monastery, was built around 1520. The monastery is an important monument of the early Ottoman period
in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The monastery has been used by the dervishes in order to perform special rituals and today
they still perform Dhikr (praise to God). The Blagaj Tekke is situated by the spring of the river Buna, surrounded by
beautiful mountains.
Then we continue through some amazing parts of Neretva river canyon, telling the unique stories of Herzegovina.
Afer Konjic we arrive to our next stop – Kravice waterfalls. Kravice waterfall, located on the Trebižat River in Bosnia
and Herzegovina. It’s a mini version of Niagara Falls, hidden in the Balkans. The Kravice waterfalls form a natural
amphitheater 40 km southwest of the city of Mostar. For its amazing beauty and untouched nature, it’s protected by
Bosnia and Herzegovina as a natural rarity. Its height is 25 meters. Kravice waterfall is a popular swimming and picnic
area. Visit in spring and you can see them at their glorious best. During summer it will give you refreshment, the
natural pools are an excellent place to cool down.
The most famous attraction in Mostar is the Old Bridge, built in 1566 according to plans of Hayruddin, the great
Turkish builder of the 16th c. It has been entered on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. It’s the beating heart of the city,
a strong iconic symbol of its history, one of the country’s most recognizable landmarks. The bridge is 24m high and
you will frequently see members of the Mostar Diving Club dive off the bridge. The practice dates to the time the
bridge was built. Overnight in Sarajevo.
7th day: Free day for leisure. We recommend shopping in Sarajevo malls and souvenir shops. Overnight in Sarajevo.
8th day: Check out from hotel and departure. End of services.
