Course Information
Purpose The purpose of this educational conference is to provide the most up-to-date
information on clinical topics in primary care. This conference is intended to
help improve the care of patients seen in primary care settings.
Target Audience This activity is designed for Family Physicians, Internists, Residents,
Fellows, Students, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
Objectives At the conclusion of this conference attendees should be able to:
Have greater competence in a variety of primary care subjects.
Enhance their approach to primary care medicine and
improve overall quality care.
Improve their ability to manage patients who have common
primary care problems.
Identify recent recommendations in primary care.

Accreditation and CME Credit Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of
Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association
as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physi-
cian's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed
credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.
