The 800 series is the original heavy duty projected window system that started Manko Window Systems in 1989, and to date, continues to be one of our most popular windows. This series was originally designed to provide an efficient, economical window to an industry seeking windows in a timely fashion. The 800 series uses a pour and debridged thermal break for added thermal efficiency. This seriesslim 2” frame depth and overlap 2” vent both incorporate 1/8” thick structural wall areas. The overlap sash design with dual weathering minimizes air infiltration. Main frame construction is mortise and tenon joinery with dual integral screw races. Operable sash uses mechanically joined, angle reinforced, mitered corner construction. The 800 series is tested to AAMA Architectural Class (AW) specifications, and carries NFRC 100, 200, and 500 certifications. 800 Fixed Casement Project In/Out Features: 2” overall frame depth, 2” vent depth 3/16” to 1 1/2” glazing options Preglazed at factory for added quality control Equal or unequal leg frames Dual weathering on operable sashes Extruded screen frames with aluminum screen wire Internal glass muntins available Hermetically sealed and dual glazed blinds available Panning systems & interior snap trims available Receptor systems available w/optional starter sill Custom profiles & configurations available Full range of anodized & AAMA 2605 painted finishes
