FEES
Annual subscription 2010Please note as a student you are required topay an annual subscription for each year youare registered with ACCA. This is a separatefee to your initial registration fee. Your annualsubscription is due on 1 January irrespectiveof the month you registered. For example,if you registered in December, you will still
be required to pay an annual subscriptionby 1 January. The payment enables ACCA toprovide you with services and support to assistyou with your studies and training as you worktowards gaining your qualification.
Students who fail to pay fees when due(including exam/exemption fees), will havetheir names removed from the ACCA register.Students wishing to re-register are required tosubmit any amounts unpaid at the time of their
removal in addition to the re-registration fee.No penalty fee will be charged. Confirmationof your unpaid fees can be obtained from yournational ACCA office or ACCA Connect.

adequate time for processing andreceiving official confirmation oftheir registration. Carefully read theinformation that you receive with yourpost-registration pack to ensure alldetails have been recorded correctly.
You should expect to receive: a studentregistration card, a welcome to ACCAletter, a profile letter detailing a summaryof your data held by ACCA, and an
exemption notification if applicable.
rFEr o ECC QFCoStudents completing theexam element of theCertified AccountingTechnician Scheme areeligible to transfer to theACCA Qualification with
exemption from PapersF1, F2 and F3. Thistransfer is automaticfor all students who
stated on their initial TechnicianRegistration Form that they wished thisto take place. Such students are eligibleto take the next session of the ACCAQualification exams. If you indicated onyour application that you did not wish
this transfer to take place, a separateapplication will be required should yousubsequently decide to attempt theACCA Qualification exams.

It has always been important to read and follow examinstructions carefully; however, it is vital now that ACCA is using thisnew technology.
There are critical instructions to follow in order that your exampaper can be marked correctly using the new on-screen technology.You will be reminded of these instructions again on the day of the exam.Please read the important instructions that you will receive on exam dayon page 30 on page of the May issue of Student Accountant.
