Archaeological site – one of the most important ancient monuments of the world and part of the Unesco World Heritage list. Attractions at the site include the Parthenon, Propylea, and Temple of Athena Nike.

Continue tour with the panoramic drive, passing by the city’s major attractions: Syntagma Square – Parliament building, Panepistimiou Street, Ex Royal Palace guarded by the Evzones, 1st Olympic Stadium of the modern era. The tour then makes a photo stop at the Temple of Olympian Zeus or the Hadrian’s Arch.

Drop off at Syntagma Square where you will have leisure time to enjoy shopping or take a nice quiet walk at the beautiful area of Plaka, the historic heart of Athens.

DAY 3 FULL-DAY SARONIC CRUISE (visit 3 Islands) (B/L/D) After breakfast, transfer to the port to board the cruise ship that sails to

the three beautiful islands of the Saronic Gulf. Arrive at the island of Poros – smallest of the three, separated from the

Peloponnese peninsula by a narrow strait and offering an enchanting view.

Sail to Hydra – whose amphitheatre shape once served as a safe shelter for Saronic Pirates. From the decks, admire the very special architecture and dramatic landscapes of the island. The traditional stone houses and mansions of this place silently stand witness to a long and turbulent history. Explore the small narrow stone-paved streets on foot and enjoy captivating walks along the old seaside promenade and exploring the local artefacts at the traditional fine-craft shops.

Aegina, which will be the last island stop, is the largest of the three islands. Enjoy a walk or horse-carriage ride around the town or relax in one of the harbour’s charming waterfront coffee shops.

Sail back and disembark at the port where you have embarked for the cruise and proceed for dinner.

Athens – Titania Hotel or similar class DAY 4 ATHENS ARGOLIS TOUR ATHENS (B/L/D) After breakfast, go for the full-day Argolis tour by taking the coastal

road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea. The tour makes a short stop here.

Drive to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides and the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs and other surrounding attractions.

After lunch, depart for Nafplio, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress, through the fertile plain of Argolis.

Next, leave for Epidaurus to visit the ancient Theatre (built in the 4th century B.C.) and famous for its astonishing acoustics.

Return to Athens for dinner and overnight stay. Athens – Titania Hotel or similar DAY 5 ATHENS ISTANBUL (B/L/D) After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Istanbul.

Upon arrival, go on the city orientation tour from Old City (Sultanahmet) to Taksim (downtown) of Istanbul.

After that, visit Camlica Hill to get a panoramic view of the city, the Bosphorus (Black Sea), the Marmara Sea and much more.

Then, visit Pierre Loti Hill to get a fascinating view of the Golden Horn, an inlet of the Bosphorus dividing the city of Istanbul and forming a natural harbour.

Istanbul – Grand Anka Hotel or similar DAY 6 ISTANBUL (B/L/D) After breakfast, visit the Roman Hippodrome where horse chariot

races and events were held. Proceed to the Blue (Sultan Ahmed) Mosque, the 400-year-old

historic mosque of the city. Tour continues to Topkapi Palace, the largest and oldest palace in

the world to survive to our day and now a museum. Then, it is off to the Leather Outlet Centre for live fashion show with

some free time for shopping. Next stop is the St. Sophia Museum or also known as Hagia Sophia,

universally acknowledged as one of the great buildings of the world. Istanbul – Grand Anka Hotel or similar class DAY 7 ISTANBUL (B/L/D) In the morning, visit the Mosque of Sultan Suleiman the

Magnificent, Istanbul’s largest and grandest mosque. Then, go on the Bosphorus Cruise to see palaces, mansions and

luxurious villas between the Asian & European side of Istanbul. Tour continues to Taksim Square and Istikial Street, a famous

shopping avenue in Istanbul. Istanbul – Grand Anka Hotel or similar class DAY 8 ISTANBUL (B/L/D) After breakfast, visit the Spice Market, famous for its local spices,

dried food and nuts. Then, it is off to the Grand Covered Bazaar, one of the largest and

oldest covered markets in the world with over 3000 shops. After dinner, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
