• Accomplish the task on time and under the allotted budget

• This project is extremely crucial for a startup company like ours; successful implementation will mean the chance to obtain other larger projects

• Implementation of this system will greatly benefit the customers by allowing access to content at a greatly discounted price, while having more convenience and control over their content

• The product will deliver video games on demand• Video games will also be delivered in conventional physical format via mail• Users will be able to buy and rent video games• The store front will be exclusively web-based• A set of developers will be required to write the code• Amazon S3 cloud instances will be used as the server of choice• Bank accounts will need to be created to accept and distribute payments• A complex database is required to manage all transactions• Reliable shipping methods will be found and established•The web interface will offer multi-language support• The website will support the posting of customer reviews, game cheats, & tips • Deadline to finish is October, 2011
