Mr. was as the Stormwater Site three times and spoken with staff in an aggressive manner. He was belligerent and aggressive. He has cursed several employees out. Commander Williams is aware

On Monday,11/23 at approximately 11:30. Employee's spouse received a phone call from the neighbors across the street. The neighbor stated subject was in front of employee residence at Clermont screaming at the construction workers from “Stay Hard Concrete”. The construction crew advised the subject sped past their parked vehicle on the east side of the road, turned around in the cul-de-sac and pulled along side their vehicle to scream at them for “Blocking the roadway” , the road he just drove past.

He used profanity and anger addressing my workers. I called the non-emergency number at the sheriff’s office and two deputies responded to speak to the subject Statements were taken from the construction crew.
