Bouchard Père and Fils Clos Vougeot Domaine 2015 An intense, vibrant red, offering an immediate impact of ripe, fresh cherry, strawberry, rose, spice and mineral flavors. Fruity, open and seamless, this almost seems a bit too simple, yet continues to build in intensity to a long, pure and saturated aftertaste. Bouchard Père and Fils Nuits-St.-Georges Les Cailles Domaine 2015 This is pure, with delicate cherry, raspberry, rose, graphite and stone flavors, aligned with a firm, well-integrated matrix of tannins. Persists on the lingering aftertaste. Elegant and sophisticated. Bouchard Père and Fils Corton Le Corton Domaine 2015 Spice and smoke aromas and flavors frame the wild cherry and berry fruit in this linear, intense red. There is a savage quality here, even to the tannins, which will need some time to be absorbed. The lengthy aftertaste evokes chalk and underbrush notes. Bouchard Père and Fils Volnay Caillerets Ancienne Cuvée Carnot Domaine 2015 Smoky cherry, spice and toast notes lead off in this firm and sinewy red, with black cherry, violet, blood orange and chalky mineral flavors underneath. This has terrific energy and fine length, just needs time to integrate. Bouchard Père and Fils Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus 2015 Lush and vibrant, exuding cherry and blueberry flavors, this ripe red is inviting yet deceptive in terms of structure. The tannins are wrapped in flesh and fruit for now, but should provide support over the next 10 to 15 years. Bouchard Père and Fils Beaune White Clos St.-Landry 2015 Rich and bursting with peach, apple and vanilla flavors. The oak is very discreet and overall this is harmonious and long. Offers a firm, chalky finish. Bouchard Père and Fils Gevrey-Chambertin 2015This is concentrated, with a supple texture and bracing acidity framing the cherry, strawberry and earth flavors. Has tension and energy on the lingering aftertaste.

Bouchard Père and Fils Beaune Clos de la Mousse 2015Black cherry and plum notes permeate this dense red, made approachable thanks to a round profile and open texture. Should be better in a year or two, but the lush fruit makes this enjoyable now.

Bouchard Père and Fils Pommard Premier Cru 2015A solid version, dense and saturated with black cherry, blackberry and earth flavors. Iron and stone elements work their way in.

Bouchard Père and Fils Santenay 2015Macerated cherry, plum and earth flavors are backed by solid tannins in this red, which flirts with the fleshy side yet remains elegant, with plenty of fruit. Long, fresh finish.

Bouchard Père and Fils Savigny-lès-Beaune 2015Cherry and berry notes tread softly in this gentle red. Approachable and nicely balanced, with enough grip to age for 10 years. Earth and mineral accents emerge on the long finish.

Bouchard Père and Fils Nuits-St.-Georges 2015This is firm, with flesh and fruit for balance, but showing more structure today. Cherry, iron, earth and violet aromas and flavors stay saturated and fresh.

Bouchard Père and Fils Pommard 2015Pure aromas and flavors of cherry, currant and rose are augmented by iron and earth accents in this red, which is supple and elegant, despite a layer of chalky tannins.

Bouchard Père and Fils Chassagne-Montrachet 2015Ripe and fleshy, showing peach, apple and stone flavors. Lively, finishing crisply, echoing orchard fruit and light spice accents.
