22. GETTING A SENSE OF HUMOR DOES NOT MEAN PUTTING SOME JOKES ON THE CORPORATE WEB SITE. RATHER, IT REQUIRES BIG VALUES, A LITTLE HUMILITY, STRAIGHT TALK, AND A GENUINE POINT OF VIEW.

In getting someone that has a sense of humor is a great advantage of the company because having a sense of humor does not mean that he only put some jokes but he has the knowledge, skills, principles, modesty, and he knows how the company work.

23. COMPANIES ATTEMPTING TO "POSITION" THEMSELVES NEED TO TAKE A POSITION. OPTIMALLY, IT SHOULD RELATE TO SOMETHING THEIR MARKET ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT.

Company should not think if they rank first but they think of what a customer needs and what they want.

24. BOMBASTIC BOASTS—"WE ARE POSITIONED TO BECOME THE PREEMINENT PROVIDER OF XYZ"— DO NOT CONSTITUTE A POSITION.

Company needs to consult the people before making or producing a product because some of the products that are being produce can harm the society.

25. COMPANIES NEED TO COME DOWN FROM THEIR IVORY TOWERS AND TALK TO THE PEOPLE WITH WHOM THEY HOPE TO CREATE RELATIONSHIPS.

Companies feel that they are always on top. They create a relationship that can help the companies growth.

26. PUBLIC RELATIONS DOES NOT RELATE TO THE PUBLIC. COMPANIES ARE DEEPLY AFRAID OF THEIR MARKETS.

Companies that have created the public relations are not having a real communication to the markets because they are afraid. I think some of the things that the companies are being afraid of are the comments of the people, hatred about the product and a lot more.

27. BY SPEAKING IN LANGUAGE THAT IS DISTANT, UNINVITING, ARROGANT, THEY BUILD WALLS TO KEEP MARKETS AT BAY.

Companies must have a real conversation so that the people will approach them, will not feel the distance and they would not feel that they are just being arrogant. They should make an image that would have a pleasing personality to the people. So that they can attain the success that they have been wanted or achieved.

28. MOST MARKETING PROGRAMS ARE BASED ON THE FEAR THAT THE MARKET MIGHT SEE WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON INSIDE THE COMPANY.

Most companies keep their secrets because they thought that it will help them but it will just add to their problems. Companies must not be afraid to share their secrets or problems. They should be true to their self.
