• At $10/month x 100,000 Republicans, the program will raise $1 Million per month and $24 million per 2-year cycle, increasing the current CRP budget by 70%

Regional Development Coordinator Program

• Modeled after successful development programs of major universities, we will create a Regional Development Coordinator Program to ensure personal, regional contact with major donors and prospects

• Each of the 8 CA regions will have a resident Development Coordinator, and will be in charge of monitoring major contributions ($250 and above)

• Coordinators will ensure personal contact with donors, not just blanketed, cold telemarketing, including:

• Phone call• Invitation to local Republican events• Opportunities to meet local Republican Elected Officials• VIP treatment/relationship building• Creates increased donation frequency• Creates larger donations through time
