Knowledge Province ascertains the requirement of the Organization, includes the number of Semesters in a year, academic levels, courses, curriculum, subjects, pedagogy, etc for which our services are required.

An agreement between Organization and Knowledge Province.

The Organization/Student is given end user training on effective use of Knowledge Province Online Live Tutoring.

Implementation on the above gathered requirement is done in the Knowledge Province system.

Then the Login Domains are created for the Organization administrator and Students.

A link is deployed on the Organizations website or on the student's class page with which the students and the management can login for Online Live Tutoring.

The Organizations' management and Students will be introduced to Knowledge Province's Customer Support who will provide the required assistance and support through their learning journey.

After login the domain the learners can initiate the use of Knowledge Province's Online Live Tutoring by selecting Subject, Topic and Sub-topic.

Then the Tutor invites the Learner using FIFO method, their position will be displayed to them by the tracking mechanism with consistent updates.

The Tutor sends out an 'invitation' to the student with a buzzer which is audible in the Waiting Area. The student then clicks the Accept button to automatically join a live session.

The Tutor and Learner interact during the Live Session, which the Tutor end's only when the Learner's requirement has been effectively met.

The Tutor Rating form appears at the end of each Live Session and the Learner is required to fill the same to assist Knowledge Province in ensuring consistently good tutoring standards.

Our Online Live Tutoring pedagogy is based on international standards.
