Project FindingsAcross all counties of focus, blacks are less likely than whites to

have a high school diploma.Blacks are more likely to just have a high school diploma or

equivalency.Whites are more likely to attain bachelor degrees or higher

when compared to blacksBlacks who are able to earn a high school diploma are very

successful in comparison with whites up until the point of bachelor degrees or higher, blacks hold more degrees in these areas because whites have achieved higher educational levels beyond associates degrees.
