Introduction

The Agora Project or AGP for short-hand is a private marketplace whose unique ability is to

avoid taxation and regulation within the compromised white marketplace. Agorists from across the

country are beginning to do this type of work as part of a revolutionary movement to protest againstgovernment interference in natural laws and rights. This introduction outlines the complete program to

start the initial setup of the Agora on Long Island and in my community, only to hopefully become

something more as the months and years go on. The Mission Statement is first and foremost to be

discussed to generate the necessary understanding of why people may want to join our private

marketplace. After I have concluded the mission statement and have given both a summarized and

detailed explanation of the AGP Mission Statement, I want to discuss certain aspects of the AGP

Marketplace itself, for this is imperative that this be understood to make sure we understand what we

are up to. After discussing the AGP Marketplace, I will move on to discussing the AGP in relation to

everything else both within the Liberty Program as well as society itself. We will than transition over to

the very large potentials we have should this private marketplace grow and then also cover the potential

threats and weaknesses that I can think of that must be addressed if we are to be able to fix these

potential problems. Finally I will conclude this initial setup program with individual and AGP objectives

that will keep current circumstances and long-term circumstances in mind, to help succeed in our

mission statement.

Externals :

The first external mission statement of the AGP is To Protect Anonymity of the Marketplace and

its Members. By this I mean that on an outer appearance, it cannot exist to the public so to

speak, anyone who is in the AGP is served by the AGP Members, no one else. So it either is

known to the individual because the individual is in it or it is unknown because no one told them

about it. The Agora is different because customers will be anonymous to each other even if they

frequently employ business to one another. Both these thoughts will essentially be expanded

later on, but this will protect the marketplace and its members for necessary security especially

in the beginning.

The second mission statement of the AGP is To Force Government to Show Its True Nature. We

at the AGP know that Government is Force and that the peacefulness of a democratic

government is only an illusion, we know that if its existence is threatened it will do whatever it

can to survive even if it means breaking the illusion. This will essentially place people in a way to

accept the reality of what government is, since we are moving in that direction already anyway,

this will be a stimulus for the populace whether they like it or not and whether they like us or

not. You might say, yes but the AGP is a self-sustaining entity that will do whatever it can to

survive and you would be right in saying that but the essence of The AGP is that its voluntary,

unlike government which is force, so if you are interested in seeing a voluntary entity survive

than work in and build up the AGP.

The third mission statement of the AGP is To Expand Membership without Destroying The AGP

Itself. This is how internal and external mission statements are tied together. We must expand

and diversify what we can offer as soon as possible, various business and entrepreneurial

networks all throughout the AGP to diversify possible products and services that can be offered.

Membership must expand keeping the other external mission statements in mind.

So To Summarize Now the detailed explanation, the external mission statement is:To Protect

Anonymity of the Marketplace and Its Members To Force Government to become what it really

is To expand membership without destroying the AGP

The Marketplace

Individuals:

The Marketplace consists of individuals and as time goes on it is bound to get complicated.However from the beginning those who sign on to this private marketplace will all know what is

expected of them. The things they are called to embody and uphold. People are unique in that despite

their outer simplicity they are very complex. Therefore, the question of how the AGP will drive its

mission statement will be rooted and embodied in the two philosophies and the question of how to

protect the AGP will be protected will be held in the five rules system, this will also allow for the best

way to carry out the whole AGP Mission Statement. The individual is one of the two very important

parts of the AGP System and upon joining the AGP they understand all that needs to be understood.

Those who want to do this want to be free, but to be free means they are personally responsible to see

it through and likewise honest and mature enough to make this work.

The first issue than for the individual is being able to Carry out the Mission Statement, in a

natural way that would fit the AGP. These actions must be as natural and fluid as possible; there should

be nothing that makes the AGP look suspicious both as a whole and its parts. I find it highly possible

that an idea is something that people can live for and act on. There are two philosophies than, one that

is to be followed absolutely and the other that can be followed in degrees, I will explain why in degrees

later. The first philosophy is Voluntaryism and it is to be followed absolutely. We are people who do not

believe in force and coercion to get our way, and like anyone else would only use it in self-defense.

Voluntaryism simply says, that voluntary consent must be given for any transaction or interaction to

take place if both are to truly benefit, we do not know how each form of voluntary consent will take

place but so long as it does than it will be mutually beneficial. The initiation of violence is self-

destructive and because of that it will not only destroy those who employ it but those who will be

victims of it. This keeps in accordance with the mission statements that the AGP will work to:

To Protect The AGP The AGP is NOT a gang or anything of that sort, it is a private and peacefulmarketplace. Therefore voluntary consent on all transactions is the pillar to keeping the peace.

To Unmask The State For What It Is The AGP is by its nature Voluntary and a self-sustainingentity, the government is too, but unlike the AGP it is not voluntary but forceful. The existence

of both will essentially force the state into being honest for once and showing its true colors, so

no one can deny it and in effect perhaps help in giving the AGP even more membership.

To Improve Lives of AGP Members Since voluntary consent will only occur if there is mutualbenefit and mutual benefit occurs only if there is an ability to improve the lives of all parties

involved than people will trade and be able to manifest the mission statement of the AGP.

To Expand AGP Membership The fact that peoples lives are being peacefully improved mayserve to bring people together and serve to make sure that the AGP continues to last.

To Offer Employment An expanded marketplace means more potential for employment in it,thus peoples lives will be dramatically improved as well.

To Practice what The Coalition Preaches The Coalition because it is a Libertarian organization,understands that government is force. We who are in the Coalition seek to lower force, and

those in the AGP seek to end it through its opposite which is consent.

The Second philosophy is called Agorism and this need only be followed in degrees. The least

common denominator so to speak of this philosophy that all are called to follow however it protest andchallenge the current status quo that the State holds, others however are against the State entirely and

seek to end its violent existence. Whichever position people hold will not represent the whole of the

AGP, each individual has their own reasons and will be asked to keep them private. Agorism is however

the philosophy in which one sets up a counter-economy in order to non-violently defund the state; it

employs the use of doing anything the State forbids via regulation and taxation. At the moment I would

find it very destructive to have the AGP get involved in black market trade, and so only suggest gray

market trade so as to perhaps serve the purpose of making sure that people will not get tied into or get

to close to red market trade, unless we want to see our whole operation become delegitimized. The AGP

is called The Agora Project and Agorism gets its understanding via the word Agora which will be a

peaceful, private marketplace that is untaxed and unregulated.

The second concern of the individual is now also being able to Protect the Marketplace and AGP

Members. The marketplace is a peaceful and voluntary marketplace, and it is a shame that it must be

underground, but by the oppressiveness of the State itself, it is threatened by such peaceful and

voluntary trade without it being able to intervene and monitor all that goes on in its territory.

Therefore people in this private marketplace must make sure that they follow the rules, not to scare the

members of the AGP but because despite doing something right, others see it as doing something

wrong. I will expand on security later on in the marketplace section but the individual themselves are

called to voluntary adhere to the Five Rules Systems if they wish to have any participation in the AGP.

After discussing the rules I will discuss the context the responses should be in case of violation of thoserules and basic violation of Natural Rights. The Five Rules System starts as follows:

I. Protect Your Identity This includes not using your real name but AGP names (I will go over lateron in this section). All interactions within the AGP will not use the real name and as part with

keeping with the Non-disclosure agreement you have agreed that you will not disclose your real

name or anyone elses real name for that matter while doing AGP Interactions. I will be going

over the Badge system as a low tech way to protect the safety of the marketplace and the AGP

Members.

II. Protect Your Money Until the AGP grows large enough there is no banking marketplace to holdAGP Member money. So you will need to make sure that you hold onto AGP Currency in a way

that means you will be able to keep it safe and difficult to find. Perhaps a small safe would be

good to hold onto in order to protect your money. Your Money is your property, the same as

your identity; you are fully responsible for its safe keeping. It is suggested that you only take

your AGP money out for planned interactions, instead of spur of the moment interactions.

III. Discretion is Key All interactions leading up to, during and after any interactions should bedone as discreetly as possible. It is suggested you stick low-tech but it is inevitable that as the

AGP marketplace grows you will inevitably have to go up progressively in the use of technology

but regardless of the forms of communication and interactions that take place it is suggested

that you find the most discreet way to have successful commerce.

IV. Privacy is Key Your Privacy is key here, remember the first three rules here are all part inprotecting both the privacy of the AGP Members as well as the Privacy of the AGP overall. If

privacy is maintained and valued by all in the AGP whether a buyer or seller, employed or self-

employed you will see that the AGP will succeed. Your security lies in your privacy and your

privacy lies in following through with these rules. Privacy is the brother of discretion, so value

them both.

V. Voluntary Interaction Only Obviously any non-voluntary interaction that takes placeautomatically violates all rules. When something is voluntary it is done because there is a

benefit to it being done. In the AGP the improvement of those lives in the AGP is only half of the

deal, the other half lies in the fact that your privacy is respected and your rights in the AGP are

too. All abide by the natural rights, because no one would want their natural rights denied. The

only way natural rights are denied is if there are non-voluntary interactions occurring, but as

soon as they are found they are to be in the AGPs best interests to be uprooted, unless we want

the violence to destroy the AGP by giving it bad press.

Finally I want to simply conclude this subsection concerning the individual with discussing The

Context of Punishment for Violation of the rules and natural rights of others. I do not know in what way

the actual forms of punishment would occur but the AGP members must be humble enough to remind

each other that, it too is an underground marketplace, and that obviously anything that runs counter to

its own nature as a form of punishment cannot be done. So the only possible suggestion of a form of

punishment that I can think of is temporary boycotting, of a seller or buyer that is founded to have

violated the rules, natural rights of others, or both. However all I can say is that the punishment should

be in the form of a negative:

Punishment Must Be Non-Violent We are not going to become like our government,punishment must be done in the context of a non-violent way. The minute we use violence

(except in self-defense) as a means to serve justice, is the minute we put ourselves up on

the radar and the minute that everything could be put in bad light. Therefore any act to

correct a wrong must involve the two parties involved and a third party who can act as

mediator, professional can come about as the AGP expands, but until than someone not

close to the conflict should serve as mediator if the two parties cannot workout problems

maturely.

Punishment Must Be Temporary We are not going to become our governmentcounterparts, we are not going to be doing something as long lasting as throwing someonein jail or denying them the AGP forever for doing something like that is wrong and

impossible. Mercy should be shown, but only so much mercy in order to still drive the point

home that they did something wrong. Therefore temporary punishments are the only ones

with meaning to get people back into the system while understanding that we are serious

about The AGP being able to function. It is suggested that people make sure that there are

many people in one type of market so that in case one does something wrong, no one has to

worry about the service being denied, the fact that there would be healthy competition

would serve to check those markets from doing wrong too.

Punishment Must Be Proportional Punishment must be proportional to the wrong done,this is a short point but obvious point that we sometimes leave out, but a perversion of

justice for a wrong done will certainly destroy AGP functioning. Therefore justice in excess is

unwelcome, but justice lacking can be welcomed since justice will be delivered by the one

who is wronged, but justice lacking reminds the wrong doer that they are in the hands of

the victim and it is up to the victim if there will give mercy or if full and proportional justice

will be served.

Punishment Must Be Significant to the Individual True criminals are like children, and assuch a child learns only when they are punished. However punishment should not be

something dry and generic but rather tailored to who they are. A Child only really learns

their lesson when they lose something or go through something significant that reminds

them never to do something like what they did again. This can be the greatest measure of

discouraging any violations in the Five Rules System and The Natural Rights of those in the

AGP.

Currency:

Currency, like individuals form the backbone of all AGP functions. In the beginning of AGP

formation there will be some slight difficulty in getting down a balance between currency value and its

relation to products and services that can be exchanged, I will discuss this shortly. Of course, the AGP

seeks to function with sound money rather than fiat money; however these interactions will also be

addressed in this part of me writing this. I have various concerns but I believe that by tackling the two

pillars of the individual as well as money we will arrive to an answer that will make this problem a non-

issue. Remember the point to a free and unregulated private marketplace is hands off and let the

market take care of it.

The first issue is the issue of developing and understanding the Pricing Structure of a new

counter-economy. Obviously creating a new economy is involved and it will need people who are willing

to experiment with pricing and make sure they have enough startup money to make any individual

buying and selling operations worthwhile. This information I have collected over from people who are

either already employing the Agorist Counter-Economy in their community and people who have been

studying counter-economic thoughts for quite some time now. Again it is called free market and like all

free market operations prices are arrived at primarily through negotiations. After doing more research

and talking to people on the issue I have gotten two main lessons on the development of a pricing

structure within the AGP.

The first lesson is that when starting the AGP up there is going to be a time of rough

adjustments, in other words people are going to be trying to figure out how much of the sound money is

equal in value to products and services offered. Especially in the beginning of an agora being setup it will

feel like a mixture of "getting a bargain and being overcharged" the point is we are off the paper money,

and eventually the balance will be struck through the intuition and reasoning of the individuals and the

negotiation of the parties involved.

The second lesson is that copper will be used for the smallest transactions, silver will be used for

the larger transactions, and gold will be used for the largest transactions. It will take more of the copperto match a silver transaction, more silver to match a gold transaction and a lot of copper to match the

gold transaction. Basically its a counter-economy and because it is protesting the taxed and regulated

white marketplace than AGP members should not think in terms Dollars and Cents but, in ounces of

copper, silver, and gold to measure the value of products and services offered. This than comes full

circle to the first lesson.

The next issue now that we have gotten a vital issue out of the way is the issue of keeping Sound

Moneyin the AGP Economy and not losing that money, whether it be through voluntary or involuntary

loss. As a rule we should either encourage or make it part of the agreement before joining that the

Sound Money stays in the AGP and does not leave it. However, this does not mean that fiat money will

not be denied either in this system too, for we must be able to have as many people as possible invited

to come into the AGP even if they do not initially have sound money on hand. I will go over this issue

because it is important to ask ourselves how we keep the value in the AGP so that our marketplace has

real value and does not lose its value. Remember the AGP is called to practice what the Coalition is

preaching, which is advocating sound money rather than fiat money in any economy.

The sound money must stay in the system. Either people are given enough incentive to keep it in

the system or it is a rule that they agree to from the beginning of their membership, that money

acquired via the AGP is not spent or traded in the white marketplace, unless trying to get more sound

money to re-invest in the AGP. I would prefer it being a rule more so than just incentive, because the

greatest incentive comes from not breaking the voluntarily agreed upon rules.

The next issue is the issue of what currency is accepted in the AGP Marketplace? I say all forms

fiat or sound money is, so long as the fiat money does not have a dangerously high velocity. High

velocity in money basically means that as soon as X gets money X spends it all because X does not know

how much value it will have in the short-term. Any AGP Marketplace transactions that take place in

paper however, the AGP Member agrees (as condition before becoming a member themselves) to

convert that paper money back into sound metal commodities, the AGP member may save the fiat

money for a short period of time by inevitably in order to maximize his purchase of sound money his

incentive is to get it sooner rather than later especially if the fiat money is being devalued. This should

happen automatically but the AGP is about acting on the position of sound money.AOCS Mint coins are

the primary currency of this marketplace; the beauty is that the AOCS Mint system does allow for other

forms of sound money currencies to exist.

Security:

The next issue for discussion is one that cannot be emphasized enough. Security is necessary, for

the survival of the AGP and its ability to spread without drawing undue attention to itself. There are

primarily two security issues that come to mind that I have been speaking of indirectly until now. The

first is internal conflict resolutions, or those problems that arise from within the AGP that primarily haveto do issues of quality and pricing. The second issue is external infiltration protection, to prevent us from

making any unnecessary discoveries in the public sphere. It is important to deal with both since both are

potentials for security issues to arise in.

The first category of security issues revolves around Internal Conflict Resolution. I would classify

this with anything that revolves around issues around a dishonest seller or theft from a buyer. First of all

let me add that these types of situations are best addressed in a preventative way, people in the AGP

however have agreed to the rules and natural rights. The philosophy of the individuals, who have signed

on to this private marketplace, is something that is expected of them to embody. By agreeing to be part

of the AGP they agree to embody the philosophy of Voluntaryism while being an AGP memberabsolutely, while agreeing to embody the philosophy of Agorism in degrees. By doing so all who joined

essentially understand that there is a larger economy and a larger mission taking place, the AGP is both

an ends and a means to realizing this mission. Therefore, all agree that they will work to resolve all

disputes in a voluntary, fair and in a peaceful manner.

The secondary form of security issues is a little bit more risky and complicated; it is the External

Infiltration Protection and overall security for internal privacy protection as well. First thing we must

discuss is the nature of how we intend to grow and how long this growth may take. The second thing we

must discuss is the overall protection of the privacy of each AGP member. These are imperative to the

understandings and all people who are part of the AGP will know how to expand AGP operations as well.

The AGP values your privacy above all else and its channels of communication will be discussed as well.

Channels of communication are currently thought in the context of two forms, the first being referring

to your referrer and the second is low-tech identification with the internet nonetheless.

So the question that is in everybodys mind is how will the AGP expand? At the moment the best

and gradual way is through The Referral System. The originators basically start the initial quest to find

new members. Each new member than is responsible for finding new people, the operations grow from

outside the originating group. So for example the first 5 people are called the originators of the AGP,

each of the 5 finds 3 new people and these 3 each find 3 new people. The first group of 3 is the referrals

and the second group of 3 is the newcomers, it is the job of all but in particular the newcomers to

expand the AGP to as many people as possible. It is suggested that each newcomer try to find at least 3

people who can contribute to the AGP Marketplace. So lets say, Smith is a newcomer it is Smiths job

to find at least 3 new people, they can be anyone he knows whether it be personally or business

contacts. However, the people he must find must be people he trusts and are responsible enough to

keep the rules and the philosophy of the AGP. So lets say now Smith trusts Tom to keep the rules and

philosophy of The AGP, he gives Tom two items: 1) The Brief Manual that each individual must read

and understand before signing on and 2) The Badge which on the backside acknowledges that they have

The Paths:

Path 1: Protest and Non-Violent Resistance

The first path we can take is just the merely non-violent resistance path. The residents

of Nassau County are tired of living under such a high taxing and highly regulatory big

government, so because of that they have created an underground economy in which each

individual is responsible for themselves and are able to live and work responsibly in this private

marketplace that has grown out of the grassroots. This first path however is for low-Agorists, or

people who in degree are merely protesting but have no desire to overthrow anyone. However,

after tasting the wine of freedom from this bubbling spring I believe that there is a potential that

this could expand far beyond merely protesting.

Path 2: Full-Realization

This is the potential that is available to the AGP, it is for those who are flat out high-

Agorists who do seek to expand Agora operations everywhere they can in the manner outlinedby the AGP to guarantee that this wine of freedom continues to flow in many places and has

many witnesses. This is the true sense of free market activities. It is this group that I believe will

be the future that way in the event the first AGP terminates for any reason these Agorists may

wish to see it succeed.

Path 3: Both

This path seems to be the more likely path as it is for those who have realized that

protesting is not the fullest extent of the AGP but rather a very limited form and because of that

may develop an anti-state mentality in which they will see to it that others know as well.

Regardless of which way you go, you will have more AGP Membership. Those who are high-

Agorists stay that way, and those who were once low-Agorists become intoxicated by the wine

of freedom and turn into high -Agorists.

An Expanded Relation to Everything Else

Within Freedom Movement:

I have written on a more short-handed account the relation of the AGP to the rest of theFreedom Movement. I want to expand now upon operations of the AGP as it relates to the rest of the

liberty movement. The first has to do with the simplest account which is the magazine of the Political

Patriot. With the AGP growing it is possible to have the magazine get more subscribers and more

viewers as well. The next relation is the internet itself, this is a bit more complicated especially when

gray market interactions become more pronounced within a given area. The final section is The Coalition

and its relation although simple to understand maybe the most difficult to manifest that understanding.

The Magazine is the simplest and easily manifested relationship that the AGP will have. When

the time comes the originators can use it to incrementally advocate such ideas when the Magazine gets

enough subscribers. Those who work for the magazine and AGP will be able to use the magazine to

advocate such ideals despite not being able to openly state one existing. This will give readers a sense of

preparation for the day when the AGP comes to their community and people maybe more open to

accepting it or becoming a part of it. The magazine among other things is also a medium to expose the

corruption and failings of government while advocating liberty in all its forms. This can be the voice of

the AGP if enough AGP members seek to contribute to it, and in return the AGP may be able to work

with the magazine to get it distributed easier.

The Internetwill compliment only long-term, as the AGP grows larger and expands outside

townships and the county the AGP originated in. By that time however there will hopefully be enough

people who are tech savvy that we can work with to setup a private and secure network to improve the

communication without having to destroy or permanently stunt AGP Growth. However the AGP will not

be mentioned one bit in the Coalitions Website. I cannot stress the fact that the legitimacy must be held

strong until a time in the future when we have grown influential enough to be able to not have to worry

so much about The Coalitions involvement and in fact, we can essentially use The Coalition as a front for

the AGP Agenda.

The Coalition will compliment the AGP because it will basically advocate the ideas of free

markets without a significant tax and regulatory burden on the society itself. The Agora Project (AGP)

will work to embody the ideals founded in The Coalitions message. This entity is however called counter-

economics for a reason, its underground and thus because of tax evasion reasons it is semi-illegal,

therefore the AGP is what I like to call the brother of The Coalition however, the two are separate andcannot be identified with so quickly lest we should discredit the Coalition. The AGP will meet inevitably

in the future with the Coalition to implement their plans together, preferably leaning more so on the

AGP Mission Statements. It is obvious that as more people become part of the AGP network, more

people will understand what the Coalition is all about and will inevitably come out to support it. Those in

the Agora can be in the Coalition, but not everyone in the Coalition is going to be in the Agora that way

the AGP will be able to spread wherever the Coalition goes and since the Coalition is intended to spread

to the Tri-State Region through time we will see to it that the AGP becomes influential in the same

region as well. However those who are in both Coalition and AGP will need to be even more conscious of

anonymity and security than anyone else who is in one but not the other.

Outside Freedom Movement:

White Marketplace Economy Government Supervised Legal Goods Traded Legally Part of the

Economy: Taxed and Regulated

The AGPs relationship to the white marketplace should not be one so much of hate but

compassion. Do we hate regulation and taxation, and are we willing to avoid them in the name

of free trade? Of course, but for those who are in them we must slowly but surely try our best to

avoid being discovered to soon while we make white marketplace employees turn into AGP

Marketplace employees. Initially those in the AGP will be self-employed but as time goes on and

operations expand people will be able to be employed by the self-employed. Therefore, wemust freely but cautiously benefit off the failures of the monopolistic political class that has

imposed taxation and regulation upon this part of the marketplace.

Black Marketplace Economy Market Supervised Illegal Goods Traded Illegally Part of the Economy:

Untaxed and Unregulated

The AGP is highly recommended to stay mainly in the gray marketplace lest we should

have the AGP taken down from the inside by gangs and government agents who will try to

infiltrate. Therefore, any associations with the Black Marketplace are discouraged and stronglysuggested all avoid. The AGP is not nearly neither large nor resourceful enough to push for

illegal objects to be traded under its name, plus the highly negative bad press would destroy

everything we are doing. They are bound to eventually have associations however, but by that

time the AGP will have grown large and resourceful enough to support such operations, but in

the beginning and middle of AGP development these transactions are discouraged. The AGP in

the beginning and middle must be strongly positioned for gray market operations only:

The Gray Marketplace is defined as the Market Supervised Legal Goods Traded Illegally Part of

the Economy. The illegality stems from the fact that it is untaxed and unregulated; however the

benefit is that these are not illegal goods being traded, but legal goods and services.

Red Marketplace Economy Gang Supervised Illegal Goods Traded Illegally Part of the Economy:

Taxed and Regulated by Coercive Gangs and Similar Organizations

The AGP seeks to avoid violence, but will use it in self-defense. All people you know who

are to get involved in the AGP must be people who you can trust and people who do not have

gang affiliation. Gangs are no better than government, they both employ violence to get whatthey want. The last thing the AGP needs to have is gangs knowing about this, but I feel that the

only way gangs will know and find out is if someone tells a gang member about this or if we start

doing to many interactions within the context of the black market. Again the AGP is not

resourceful enough to handle such violence. So avoid all gangs and related organizations of

force.

Now you see what I see, that there is no difference between taxation and regulation in

government and in gangs. Gangs tell you what to do by the point of the gun, Governments do

too. One tells you to regulate how much you sell or what you sell or pay the price, so does the

other. One seeks to benefit from your labor by taxing you for protection the other does too.

Just about the only difference is that one has setup a marketplace for strictly legal goods while

the other has setup a marketplace for what the other calls illegal goods.

Government A Gang with the Cloak of Legitimacy, it like a Gang employs the use of force and

intimidation to get what it wants.

Avoid government at all costs only originators should interact, if there should be any

interactions and those that the originators have hired to help. The AGP especially in the

beginning will be too small and under the radar, but as time goes on and the AGP expands(because it is in the interests all AGP members to do so) government is going to notice how we

are peacefully taking back our wealth and no longer allowing them to leech off our labor.

Therefore all AGP members must follow the rules and understand why they must be followed if

we are too protect the AGP and allow it to fulfill the mission statements or its objectives.

Future Business Operations

Banking

As the AGP expands its operations it will become beneficial for all to see to it that there money is able tobe secured in an underground banking firm. Of course this is called free market for a reason, and

because of that its not merely one bank but many banks can be formed. Banks can provide whatever

services a regular bank may have and anything that a free bank can provide, in other words it is not

regulated but because it is a firm its basis to its existence is to be able to provide for the customer a

great product at a market price. The Banks can essentially become the market that upholds the rule to

PROTECT YOUR MONEY. This means than that these banks are not going to follow through with the idea

of Fractional Reserve Banking. Some potential services that can be thought of for a bank include but

certainly are not limited to:

- Savings and Checking- Loans- Converting Services (Paper Currency to Sound Money Currency)- Debit Card Systems (Electronic / Physical)- Business Rating Service: Quality of Service Emphasized

Mailing and Distribution

As the AGP expands its market operations outside the initial county boundaries, it will become beneficial

for a new entrepreneurial market to be founded on the basis of Mailing and Distribution. This can be

one version of making a marketplace out of following the rule of Discretion and Privacy. Again this is a

marketplace and because of that there is no one mailing service, there can be many. In these days of

increased violation of civil liberties, those who do not like the USPS opening up envelopes or packages

would have a definite benefit starting an underground mailing firm to help those who do not want their

privacy violated. Some potential services that can be thought of for a mailing and distribution firm

include but are certainly not limited to:

- Sending Private Physical Messages and Packages Services- Online Secure (Encrypted) Email Services- Converting Services (Paper Money to Sound Money Currency)

Protection and Insurance

As The AGP expands its market operations to the point where it will become noticeable on the

government radar or even in the red marketplace, there is going to be a sense of protection needed.

However this does not mean that self-defense will be denied, rather that any necessary security to

protect business operations will be provided. The question people may be thinking is how do you

protect something without guns? Thats simple, here in America there can be a gray marketplace for

guns and any entrepreneurial figure can seek to offer that protection, this however is different than

gangland because gangland initiate violence the same way government does, whereas the competing

Protection firms in the AGP will seek to enter into voluntary contract with those who are AGP Members.

Some services that Protection and Insurance companies can offer include but are not limited to:

- AGP General Marketplace Protection- AGP Specific Business Protection- Uphold Contracts- Funds for Those Discovered- Funds for Those Who Are Victims of Broken Rules- Market Rating Services: Protection Emphasized- Dispute Resolution [Assuming Mediator Services do not become their own marketplace]

Computers and Technology

As The AGP expands operations which it is bound to do, there is a lot of potential for business to be

done in the Gray Market for computers and technology. As time goes on and the AGP grows this

marketplace can become very lucrative because everyone will want to make sure that they can expand

business operations via computers and technology, however this marketplace will need to also have

discretion and privacy in mind as well as identity protection too. The computer and technology

marketplace will inevitably be touched on by any entrepreneurial figure and can become very well to do

especially if they help uphold the marketplace rules. Some services that a computer and technology firm

can offer include but are not limited to:

- Interacting with other markets to improve the quality of their operations- Providing the necessary programming and technical skills for maintenance of the AGP as it

becomes more advanced

Long-Distance Trade Ops (Interstate Interregional International)

Since the long-term vision of the AGP is to expand at the very least to the Tri-State Region, the

AGP calls long-distance trade than anything outside the county and surrounding counties of saidbusiness (e.g. business is done in Nassau county, long distance trade is not Nassau, Queens or Suffolk

but any other county in the tri-state and beyond). There are 23 counties that consist of the Tri-State

Region, shared primarily between New York State and New Jersey, with only 3 counties from

Connecticut, even if we managed to get 1000 individuals per county overtime we would most certainly

have a protest going down. I do believe that once the AGP leaves Long Island it will have grown

substantially stronger and entered into its middle phase, once its presence (1000+ Individuals) is in all

the Tri-State Counties it will have entered into its advanced stages.

At the moment we could use the rest of the AGP Tri-State Region Counties, as launching pads to

get into the rest of the country. From the Northern Tri-State Counties we expand operations North

(Upstate NY and Border Canada), Northwestward (Greater NY, PA, Canada) and Northeastward (NewEngland and Canada). From there we can link up with other similar Agorist like marketplaces in New

England and essentially have a hub of trade that extends from New England into The Middle Atlantic Tri-

State Region. Also the AGP Western Tri-State Region Counties can be used to expand westward into PA

and outward to the rest of the county. Finally we take the Southern AGP Tri-State Counties and expand

operations along the Eastern Seaboard and go west as well. While I am unsure if all will be so willing to

jump onto the AGP Marketplace, we can have affiliates started up that we will voluntary associate with

so long as we agree to a common currency and common set of rules for interactions, of course the less

the better. By this time an entire underground marketplace will have the potential to go international in

particular Canada and Mexico comes to mind.

Open-Ended Morphology of the AGP

The AGP seeks one very important quality; it must embody this quality for it to survive. It must

be open-ended in order to meet the changes in the marketplace. However the morphology of the AGP

must always have the rules and values described thus far in mind if it is to succeed. Let me say that

these potential markets are only a few potential markets that can come about and let me also say that

these businesses must be allowed to interact with each other, the banking market should be allowed to

interact with the protection and technology markets to provide the best services as possible to the

customer and generate more profit. I have also spoken to fellow Agorists concerning a market ofnecessity, for if we have a marketplace that can provide the necessities (food and clothes certainly,

shelter eventually) than we will be able to draw and keep more people in the AGP, and they will see to

the AGPs survival. These interactions will inevitably happen, and in part with keeping the rules of

discretion and privacy they are only between the two parties to know: If everyone knew everything

about the AGP than it could spell disaster for the whole project if one should be caught. Remember free

markets are the fruits of freedom, but one must keep in mind that they must tend to the tree of liberty

with a generous portion of personal responsibility if freedom and in effect free markets are to survive.

Potential Problems and Weaknesses

Internal Structuring

The potential problems and weaknesses within the AGP itself really revolve around theOriginators security and disputes and violations that occur before protection and dispute resolution

firms are profitable enough to come into existence, when the AGP is still just starting out. Again, like

finding the pricing structure in the beginning these problems may be short lived and a balance will be

struck in time. Let me go over however these internal problems and weaknesses.

The Originators Security is imperative they are responsible for getting any important news out

concerning AGP Functions and giving the necessary connectivity in the beginning. In the beginning the

informal chain of communication will be the main form of communication (e.g. I know a guy who can

get you what you need). As time goes on however, the originators will blend into the background as the

I know a guy communication has everyone interconnected.

Disputes and Violations are important and I think it will be up to the originators to act as the

third party in the beginning until the market provides for the necessary protection and mediation

services to uphold the rules of the Marketplace. Again disputes and violations must be treated in the

context of the context that punishment would be made. It is imperative to make sure that the AGP seeks

to draw all disputes to a close and treat any and all violations as quickly as possible, so as to not

interfere in the AGP Marketplace processes.

External Appearance

The other thing we should be concerned about in part is our appearance to those outside the

AGP. Now I am not one for bending over backwards just to make people happy, absolutely not. Rather

we need to address how we can deal with people who have discovered us or are talking about us. AGP

members are free to talk about the theory and ideals behind the AGP so as long as they do not talk

about the existence of the AGPs functions or even being an AGP member unless it is someone they can

trust to keep it a secret, but even then this to maybe risky. The AGP is concerned primarily with the

perception founded in the media and the perception founded by the people in the community.

The Appearance of the AGP to Liberal Mass Media, is obviously going to be one in which they

will paint us up as the devil himself. We will be spoken of as people who do not contribute to the group,who are arrogant and people that are criminals trying to make a profit while others suffer by our so-

called arrogant will. The response of course to all of this is that these are lies. The AGP will alleviate

such false suffering because we will provide jobs and interactions in the marketplace that can give them

the things they need to survive and the things they want to help them along. We can use the Political

Patriot magazine as a means to inform people of what it means to be free and defend the AGPs ideals

of free market without necessarily advocating the AGP itself, lest we should allow the liberal state

the AGP. The best thing I can suggest to respond to the propagandized community is if you cannot

rationally debate the ideals of the AGP to them and try to disprove the disinformation, than like any

monster do not interact with them at all. If you cannot show how they are wrong (without

compromising AGP Security) than do nothing to them at all, ignore them. We are a voluntary and

peaceful community; we are not a gang (only a gang would try to silence such criticism or

disinformation) so if there is any disinformation let them spread it in time they will be proven wrong

nonetheless.
