We will ensure that senior leaders, and less experienced meeting organisers, can chair confidently helping your teams make the most of any time spent in meetings. If you’re looking to find out how to reduce time in meetings and set good agendas (our Fixing Meetings course does this). In this practical workshop participants get to experience some of the challenges and practice how to handle the trickiest of situations, whilst keeping everyone focused on the end goal.
