• Oppressive retrosternal pain
• Diarrhea, nausea and odynophagia
• Physical examination was normal
• Labs: Troponin I (peak 34.58 μg/L, ULN 0.07 μg/L) and CRP (peak 86.9 mg/L, ULN 5 mg/L)
