INTRODUCTION:

Hi, my friends, I am one of your classmates, and today I am going to share some recommendations for a better daily time use as virtual students.

Please, follow these instructions.

Get up early in the morning, theres a wonderful world to explore!

Take a shower to keep your body clean.

Go to the dining table and eat a healthy breakfast.

Now turn on your computer and plan your daily activities.

Access the platform http://www.cibercolegioucn.edu.co/Paginas/default.aspx ,read the news and all the important information.

Then explore the different subjects, contents, learning tools and resources: mail, forum, announcements

Now use skype to contact your teacher and classmates.A continuous communication is the key for a successful learning process.

Read the comments when your activities are graded, and try to improve if necessary.

Attend meetings and classes. This is one of your responsibilities as a virtual student.

Do physical activity breaks: warm-up, walk, exercise, stretch or just stop using the computer for some minutes.

When an activity is done, upload the file and send it to your teacher.

Share with your family members. They are the most important people you have!

Practice a sport, or a physical activity; this helps you stay healthy.

Bedtime!

Go to bed early, tomorrow another adventure day awaits for you.
