Once in the relevant screen, the Ciber team will go through all the relevant items for that specific task. The following few screen shot show the tabs the team will review when considering the Term Setup necessary for each Academic Career defined in PeopleSoft.

As each tab on the page is discussed colleges will be encouraged to ask questions, provide insight where the delivered functionality appears confusing or generates concern about meeting required business outcomes. Colleges may also be notified areas where data values or information will be needed. ctcLink Functional Project team members will track any data requests that arise during the session and as needed will provide additional details on the specific information needed from each college and the timing relevant to the college’s wave.
