Participants hereby release Bismarck Lions Club from any and all injuries or damages that may result from this tournament. Participants 17 years and younger will need the signature of a parent or guardian. You have read and will abide by the rules and accept the decision of the officials in case ofdisagreement.

Bismarck Lions Club Bass Tournament Rules

1. Tournament fees are $35.00 per person. Early entry fee must be paid by Saturday, April 9th. Cash only entries will still be accepted at the ramp for an additional $5.00 per person. Limit two (2) people per boat.2. All entrants must wear a coast guard approved vest or preserver when the motor is pushing the boat.3. Tournament scheduled rain or shine. 4. All fishing must be done from a boat. Each boat can consist of no more than 2 people.5. Each person is responsible for seeing all rules of safety and sportsmanship are followed even if the boat does not belong to them.6. Only five (5) fish per boat will be weighed. Tournament is Bass only (black, spotted/Kentucky, small mouth).7. Only artificial lures will be permitted. Trolling as a method of fishing is prohibited.8. All fish must be lakes length. DeGray Lake - 13” large mouth, spotted bass and small mouth. Short fish will not be weighed.9. All live wells will be checked before start of tournament.10. Shot gun start will be at 6:30 or safe light from Arlie Moore ramp.11. All participants must be checked in by 6:00 AM for rules and regulations12. Participants must be present for weigh in by 2:00 PM sharp. Fish will not be weighed in early. A 1lb penalty will be issued for each minute late. Five minutes late will disqualify the team. No exceptions.13. Winners are determined by overall weight. Ties will split money evenly between teams for each place.14. Each team member must have a valid Arkansas fishing license.15. Any occurrence not covered by the rules will be governed by tournament directors.16. Any breach of the above rules will result in automatic disqualification. All decisions by the committee are final.17. Prizes:
