ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE AND LOYALTY OATH TO NEW BOARD MEMBER The Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath will be administered to new board of education member, Keith Biglow. 3. PUBLIC TO BE HEARD The Board of Education has established a period of fifteen (15) minutes, with individual time limits of two (2) minutes per person during each meeting to enable the public to address the Board relative to action items on the agenda. Individuals who have complied with the guidelines provided in Board Policy BDDH will be called to the lectern and must give their full name and address. Persons who address the Board shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous or profane remarks to any member of the Board about the Board, administrative staff, certified teachers, support staff, or the general public. Board members may ask questions for clarification; however, Board members and/or administrative staff shall not respond to questions from the public at this time. Matters not on the agenda are not proper subjects for discussion during the meeting. Members of the public shall not be recognized or allowed to be heard or participate at any other time while the Board is conducting official business.
