1. After we receive a filled Project
Form from our client and talk with him to
have a better understanding of his
needs, we prepare and send him a calculation of employment costs in
the target country or countries where he
needs a solution.
2. If the client has already selected the candidates
and needs to employ them locally, he signs our
standard agreement and send us the funds. After that he has his remote
employees sign our standard employment
agreement. From that point on, they become officially
employed by Acumen International and start working for the client.
3. If the client needs to select a specialist first and then employ him, we help him with recruitment too. We help our clients send expatriate personnel on
international assignments in the fastest way possible
(depending on the timeframes required for
work permit and business visa issuance).
