o No blocking of specific seats unless allotted by organizers in

o All attendee names should be given to TG team one month
before the event for Home Ministry Clearance.
o No Sponsor Logo across any social media outreach or outlet of
TEDxGateway.
o No cameras will be allowed to record inside the main
auditorium.
o 100% Sponsorship payments are to be made one month in
advance to release branding permissions at venue.
o TEDxGateway reserves the right to refuse sponsor
