Q How do I search for a job? 1) From the Search Jobs panel, click on the Green Arrow to view ALL job postings.

2) If you want to narrow your search, you can type in a company, job title or keyword

and/or…

3) Type in the city, state or zip code and then click the Green Arrow.

Q How do I apply for a specific job? 1) From the search results page, click on the job title button on the left side of the screen (the

job details will appear on the right side of the screen).

2) Click APPLY TO THIS JOB in the upper right corner of the screen and follow the subsequent

steps on the screen.

3) Enter an Email Address, Password and Confirm Password.

4) Click on the Green Arrow to continue to through the application process.

Q How do I apply for a job if I don’t have a resume?

1. From the search results page, click on the job tile on the left side of the screen (the job

details will appear on the right side of the screen).

2. Click APPLY TO THIS JOB in the upper right corner of the screen and follow the subsequent

steps on the screen.

3) Enter an Email Address, Password and Confirm Password.

4) Click on the Green Arrow to continue to through the application process.

5) Enter your contact information and then click the GREEN ARROW to continue.

6) Select how you learned about our company from the drop down and then click the GREEN

ARROW.

7) Answer any prescreen questions and then click the GREEN ARROW to continue.

8) On the Resume & Cover Letter page, click on the Resume button.

9) Select the Copy & Paste Option.

10) Type in your experience and qualifications in the box provided.

11) Click Import. Click the GREEN ARROW to continue through the application process.

Q How do I check the status of a job that I’ve applied to? 1. From the Search Jobs panel, click on the Check Your Application Status link and you will be

directed to a log in page.

2. Log in using the email address and password you used to create your profile and then click

the Green Arrow.

3. The status of your application will be listed by job title. If any additional steps are required,

click on the arrow to the right of the panel, and you will be directed to the unfinished step in

the application process.

Q How do I attach a cover letter? 1. On the Resume & Cover Letter page, click on Additional Document button.

2. Select the Your Desktop option.

3. Click the Browse button to go to your desktop to select the file to be uploaded.

4. Click Import to upload the file.

Q How do I use a social media account to login and create a profile?

1) On the LOGIN page, click on the USE tab.

2) Click on the social media account you’d like to use and then follow the instructions to login

to that site.

Q How do I apply for a job if I don’t have an email address?

There are many internet sites (including Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft) that offer free email

accounts that you can use to apply for a position on our Career site. Below is a link to a list of 10

sites at which you can create a free account. Top 10 Free Email Services

Q How do I submit a resume for general consideration (not a specific job) or

get notifications when new jobs that match my interests are posted?

Submitting your resume without applying to a specific job places your resume in our company’s

recruiting system and allows us to notify you when an opportunity in your area of interest

becomes available.

1. From the Search Jobs panel, click on the Green Arrow to view ALL job postings.

2. Click on the Notify Me! tile in the options on the left side of the screen.

3) In the Notify Me! pop-up, enter your contact information.

4) Select your area of interest from the dropdown menu.

5) Follow the steps to upload your resume (must be in a PDF file format) from your computer

(or an online location). Click Join to complete your submission.

Q How do I update my profile information? 1. From the Search Jobs panel, click on the Check Your Application Status link and you will be

directed to a log in page.

2. Log in using the email address and password you used to create your profile and then click

the Green Arrow.

3. From the Options panel on the left side of the screen, click on Edit Profile tile.

4) Enter new address or contact information (in order to change your name, you must create a

new profile while applying to a new position).

5) Click Submit.

Q How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it? 1. On the Login page, click on Forgot Password.

2. Enter the email address you used to create your profile, and then click the GREEN ARROW.

3. Check your email for your password or a temporary password.
