North Clark) at 4:45PM and heading north, Andersonvi l le businesses and volunteers wi l l l ight the way with lanterns along the s idewalk. The Lucia procession wi l l cross Clark Street at Balmoral and head south, stopping

for carols at the Hol iday Tree, and cont inuing down to Foster.
