About the Author~

Margery teaches accredited Angel Workshops and Courses, gives talks on Angels,

and teaches distance courses in working with Angels. She takes bookings in

Angel and Oracle Card Readings in person, by email and Skype and is also

available for Soul Guidance on a one to one basis and by Skype.

Angels are wonderful beings holding the most incredible light and

can help us transform our lives in so many wonderful ways.

They are of a very high dimension and unlike us, do not have free will~ their

job is to serve and once they are asked a whole new world can open up to us.

We must first learn to trust, believe and know this to be true.

I have shared many stories with people of my journey with Angels; listen

enthralled to theirs and often pinched myself when realizing I do this as a job!

How amazing!

The following pages are a guide to some of the main Archangels and some tips

on how you can work with them.

Take your time and enjoy working with each of them, or you may feel drawn

to working with just one~ do what is right for you and above all~ enjoy!

Archangel Raphael is the great healer~ he works with light workers, hospital

staff, doctors, nurses, finance workers and many healers have worked with him

in their healing work.

Archangel Raphael works with our heart chakra helping us find unconditional

love, compassion and healing for ourselves and others~ he also works with our

third eye.

He works with the green ray of balance, healing and abundance~ helps

travellers and light workers and stands for vision and truth. He also helps us

find a sense of justice.

We can connect with him using the crystals of Adventurine, emerald, jade and

rose quartz and the essential oil of Lavender, Lime, Neroli, Sandalwood and

Rose.

His etheric retreat is in Fatima, Portugal and he is in charge of the air signs of

Aquarius, Libra and Gemini.

Call on him when you want to heal wounds from the past and present, when

you want to bring healing to your physical body~ we must also take

responsibility for this healing and accept what we need to do to make changes

and call on him to help you heal relationships with others.

Affirmation~ I trust in my ability to heal on all levels with the help of the

beautiful Archangel Raphael. I am a perfect being in all ways.

Archangel Uriel works with our Solar plexus giving us confidence and self-

esteem as well as courage and emotional stability.

Uriel works with the purple and gold rays of wisdom and peace .He helps sooth

conflict and helps us find serenity and wisdom. He breaks our emotional chains

and helps us free ourselves from fear. Often the very fear we have is of fear

itself!

I often really feel his energy in my solar plexus filling it with energy.

His crystals are tiger’s eye and yellow jasper and his essential oils are

chamomile, palmarosa, neroli and juniper and his etheric retreat is in the Tatra

Mountains, Poland. He is in charge of the earth signs of Taurus, Capricorn and

Virgo.

Call on his wonderful energy to help you build confidence before a job interview,

an important meeting, for exams and ask him to bring you wisdom where it is

needed in your life and to look for the wisdom in situations you often find

difficult work with and to bring a smooth outcome.

Affirmation~ I am filled with confidence and peace of mind ~I trust in the

wisdom that Archangel Uriel teaches me in my life.

Archangel Gabriel works with our second chakra [sacral] which is just below

our navel. He works on the pure white ray of purity and offers us guidance and

help in finding our life path .He also helps us purify negative thoughts and

emotions. His crystals are amber, topaz or orange calcite and his essential oils

are Geranium, jasmine, sandalwood, neroli and rose.

His Retreats are Mount Shasta in California and Findhorn in Scotland and he is

in charge of the water signs Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio.

I have had some lovely, uplifting meditations with Archangel Gabriel and have

seen his pure white light, which was a stunning image I will never forget.

Call on his beautiful energies to bring you clearance from negative thinking

about yourself and others and to show you guidance when you are at a

crossroads in life and need help with direction.

Affirmation~ I release all negative thinking with the help of Archangel Gabriel

and ask that he bring me balance to my emotions. I ask that his pure white ray

fill all areas of my life clearing negativity and to fill me with love.

Sandalphon[Elijah] was one of two Angels who ascended to heaven from earth

,it is said– Metatron[Enoch] was the other Angel. He works with our Earth Star

chakra [slightly down beneath our feet] in helping us to ground and by using

patchouli or vetivert oil and/or the crystals of red jasper, garnet, obsidian and

smoky quartz we can help make the connection stronger

He helps in delivery and answering of prayers .We can ask Archangel

Sandalphon to fill our houses with gold light and love to help remove all

negativity.

I was once given a meditation with Archangel Sandalphon to fill my house with

golden light~ I left my computer on and went to sit down and meditate. Just

before I called in the golden light the song Fields of Gold with Eva Cassidy came

on to my computer! Angels have a great sense of humour!

Call on Archangel Sandalphon to fill your entire house with golden light, your

workplace, your car and anywhere else you feel you want the light to be. Ask

Archangel Sandalphon to ground you in his golden light every day so you walk

on a golden carpet of light protected by his energies.

Affirmation~ I am grounded in the golden light of archangel Sandalphon and

ask he protect me throughout my day with his golden light, allowing only the

highest, loving light to enter my space.

Archangel Michael works with our Throat chakra helping us with

communication and to learn to speak our truth. He also helps with our

expression and spontaneity.

His works with the powerful blue ray of protection and helps give us strength

and courage and also helps us release negative cords which bind us to people

and places. We can ask him to remove negative cords by using his mighty sword

and to keep us protected with his blue cloak of protection.

His crystals are Aquamarine, Turquoise and Lapis Lazuli and his oils are

eucalyptus, rosemary and Palmarosa and his mighty retreat is in Banff,

Canada. He rules the sins of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

Archangel Michael was the first Angel I felt aware of. He worked with me a

great deal in my early days of healing, giving me support, cutting cords and

giving me strength and power to remove things from my life which had to go.

Call on him for protection and Crystal Clear Intentions.

Affirmation~ I am surrounded and protected by the royal blue cloak of

Archangel Michael. I clear all negative connections in and around me which do

not serve my highest good. I speak my truth with love.

Archangel Jophiel works with our Third Eye chakra helping us with intuition,

clarity and vision. Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Raziel can also work with

our third eye.

Archangel Jophiel works with the yellow ray of wisdom and illumination so that

we become open minded and wise. She/he also connects with our crown chakra.

His/her crystals are Iolite, Lapis Lazuli and Blue Calcite and his oils are Pine,

Rosemary, Ginger and Rosewood.

She/he has a very peaceful, feminine energy.

Call on Archangel Jophiel to help you soften your thoughts and bring you clarity

when we feel blocked in finding answers. Ask him/her to help you clear your

third eye and to illuminate your path in love.

Affirmation~ I ask Archangel Jophiel to bring me wisdom and illumination on

my spiritual path to help me be gentler with myself and others.

Metatron’s energy is strong and highly focussed. He is motivational and will help

encourage us to take bold steps forward in our lives. He work’s tirelessly to help

the inhabitants of the earth and helps children who are spiritually gifted to

keep them on a path.

He helps us with spiritual understanding, writing and record keeping and helps

children with Attention Deficit Disorder and other issues with children.

He also works with sacred geometry and is the youngest of the Angels but one

of the most powerful. He is a very powerful Angel to work with and his

connection can be felt very strongly.

I now work more with his energy in healing using Metatronia Healing® and

teach this wonderful, life changing modality.

During an Angel Awareness Day on October 2009 I carried out a meditation as

part of the day’s events, by connecting with Archangel Metatron, which was a

day I shall not forget in a hurry!

Affirmation~ Archangel Metatron, please help me to connect with my inner

light, to see the light that I am. To be the light I was always worthy of being.


Angel Awareness Day

The Angel Awareness Day is a day when teachers of the Diana Cooper School bring

people together to join in a workshop or gathering and connect with the Angels as a

worldwide event which brings in some very strong and beautiful energy.

The idea being that we energise and uplift the planet on this day and bring as many

people together for this as we can- This would then strengthen the connection.

I held an event for the school in October 2009~

Just after the mediation one of the group noticed a light on the wall forming and we all

walked over to have a look at what was going on.

We all watched transfixed as these beautiful colours moved along the wall and one of

the group managed to take several photos of the lights~ thank you Alison! It went on

for over twenty minutes. There was no window shedding light in that area.

I am glad there were 10 of us that day, watching this event or people would think I

had finally lost the plot!

The Archangels and the Seven Rays

We have seven Archangels who work on separate rays to help us on specific

issues we may wish to learn to grow from and work with. These rays help us on

our spiritual path and each of them radiate with loving light in the colour of

the Archangel working on that ray. Imagine for instance a beautiful, vibrant,

glorious blue if this is the ray you feel drawn to and you want to work with the

help of Archangel Michael. By asking the Archangels to connect with us on each

of the rays we can learn so much.

Why not pick a ray and Archangel a day to work with. Sit somewhere quiet

after clearing your space, light a candle and play some music if you wish and

then close your eyes and ask the specific Archangel you want to work with to

connect with you and help you.

The seven archangels are as follows:

Archangel Michael – He is the angel of protection and the leader of blue-

flamed angels (angels with a blue-coloured ray). He can be called upon during

times of trouble. He also helps us to face truth, have crystal clear intentions and

to be in our power.

Archangel Jophiel – He is the archangel of illumination and has the

yellow ray. His qualities include wisdom, understanding, inspiration, knowledge,

and clear-seeing. Jophiel can also aid in helping people with addictions. He can

help bring us spiritual abundance.

Archangel Chamuel – He is the archangel of love and has the pink ray.

His qualities include love, compassion, mercy, creativity, and forgiveness.

Chamuel can also help people with self-esteem issues. Very often by asking the

Angels to send pure pink, loving light to someone’s heart, those which have


upset us, we find a change in the atmosphere .Try it. I swear by this in helping

me change attitudes and clear conflict!

Archangel Gabriel – He is the archangel of guidance and has the white

ray. His qualities include guidance, joy, and purity. Gabriel can assist with a lack

of money or resources. He also helps bring harmony where is needed.

Archangel Raphael – He is the archangel of healing and carries the green

ray. His qualities include truth, wholeness, and vision. Raphael is considered a

very practical angel and can assist with the fields of science and mathematics.

He can also help wounded soldiers and help doctors or those who practice

alternative medicines with their practice. I have asked Archangel Raphael many

times to help with Reiki clients.

Archangel Uriel – He is the archangel of peace and carries a purple and

gold ray. He has the qualities of inner peace, tranquillity, and hope. Uriel can

help end wars and solve court problems. He can also help us work on our self-

confidence and ability.

Archangel Zadkiel – He is the archangel of joy and has the violet flame.

His qualities include freedom, mercy, justice, and forgiveness. He can help in the

resolution of old grudges and lift painful memories of abuse or other negative

experiences in people's lives.


Here are some stories you may like to read;

Story One

I was preparing for my forthcoming wedding and was feeling rather tense one

day-as you do! I decided I would attempt some yoga to help with exercise and

to clear my head but as usual with me and life-I became distracted! I cleaned a

bit and thought “I will start yoga now “ - “no I will do some more cleaning,

then I shall start” This went on for nearly an hour of getting round to it.

My last thought was “I shall do my Angel cards and then I shall start some

Yoga”

I shuffled the cards and almost right away one fell to the ground- I picked it up

and laughed-It was Babaji-Yoga! I did as I was told and do you know what-it

was the best attempt at yoga I ever had as I could feel his presence helping me

along making sure I did not get distracted!

Story Two

I had a family situation going on for a while, which was upsetting and causing a

great deal of worry.

One particular day when things were extremely worrying I asked some good

friends to send me encouragement and support and I quoted ‘100,000 Angels

to help please would be good’.

I went shopping with my husband an hour or so after and was in a daze, but all

the while kept asking for help as I was not sure what the outcome to my day

would be.

We walked passed a clothes shop and I looked down and saw masses of feathers

swirling around. They were mostly white and light brown. There were around

fifty to one hundred of them. There seemed loads and the only person who

seemed to pay any attention to them was me. Everyone else just seemed to

walk on regardless.


My first thought was had someone burst a pillow. But I could see nothing to

indicate this and there were no shops that sold pillows anywhere near us!?

It was not until much later, when I discovered everything was fine regarding the

family situation that I realized I was meant to see the feathers and that this

was a sign to let me know everything was going to work out fine. It did. I will

let you decide what you think.

The more we learn to trust in the Angels the more help and encouragement

they will bring us.

Having faith in this can be difficult but by doing so, things do brighten for many

of us and problems seem to shift that much more.

When someone is getting you down-imagine their hearts filled with pure pink

loving light and ask the Angels to pour this love into their hearts and yours. I

have tried so many times and every time it has worked at relieving situations.

The purer your intentions in this, the more chance you have of succeeding. You

have nothing to lose in trying.


Cristiana’s Washing Machine

Cristina is a beautiful person inside and out who has a great love for Angels and

Reiki and works with both all the time. She glows when she speaks of Angels

and Reiki.

She is Italian Catholic and has lived in Scotland for a long time so has this

amazing accent which I love to listen to.

For several years her husband and she had nothing but bad luck with washing

machines. One after the other broke within a few years of buying and the last

time it happened she decided enough was enough. When they brought the

washing machine into the house Cristina said a little prayer and asked the

Angels to always protect her washing machine before and after every wash. She

also fills the machine with Reiki to be extra sure each time she uses it to wash

her clothes.

When she was away this year, home to Italy she forbid her husband to touch the

machine and gave her daughter, who was Reiki Level One taught and believes

also in Angels also, instructions on how to work with the machine!

When she related this story during a Reiki Introduction Workshop I was holding

everyone laughed at her relating the story with her lovely accent.

The funny thing is though.....she has had the machine for over twenty years now

and it has not had any repair done so far........... I know what I believe.

House Clearance

Very often we build negative energy up in our houses without being aware of

this happening.

Arguments, anger, resentment, annoyance can all build up and stay within the

structure of your house but by following some simple exercises we can help clear

negative and bring in positive, calm light to our residence and then on to

ourselves. Here are some tips;

Open windows and let air in every day-Not when it is raining though or it may

cause a few more problems! Ha!

Open curtains and blinds and allow light in.

Burn candles [in a safe place] as they help clear negative energy. Keep plants and

flowers in the house. Fresh flowers are good but artificial flowers still give a good

feel.

Burn incense each day.

Keep crystals and stones from beaches on places like window sills and ledges.

Have light, positive colours in the house if you can.

Clear clutter, give books away, unwanted clothes etc. than you no longer need or

want.

Tranquil pictures bring us calm and help lifts us.

Calm music which can be very uplifting works wonders.

Stand in each room and ask the Angels to fill it with gold light and then ask

Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Sandalphon, Archangel

Raphael and Archangel Uriel to fill your house with love, protection and

happiness.

Laugh and think happy thoughts!

Dust and Hoover- sounds simple but works wonders-especially when I get round

to it.

Clear unwanted memories i.e. old forgotten birthday cards.

Meditation with Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael

Try this meditation in a room where you can have some peace, light a candle

and play some relaxing music~ be aware of keeping your candle in a safe place!

I ask that you now close your eyes and take some deep, cleansing breaths;

slowly you sink into the chair feeling relaxed, feeling calm and feeling safe,

feeling any aches, any pains, any niggles just move away~ you are in a perfect

space of love.

We now call in the energies of Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron~ feel

their energy enter the space, feel how loving their light is and how very

transforming.

You are now surrounded by a dome of loving protection overseen by the mighty

Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael as they wrap you in their

protective, powerful light~ all is safe, all is well.

At your heart centre I ask that you imagine a beautiful magenta light, feel this

light flowing through your heart centre filling it with the most incredible, loving

light ~ now watch slowly as this stunning light flows out from your heart , out

from your lungs, out past your solar plexus, up past your throat ~ see it grow

in size and energy, feel the energy through every part of your divine being, it is

now way past your feet and way above your crown chakra. Your entire aura is

filled with this loving light. Bask in this loving energy as it fills you with

energetic, loving light.

Now concentrate on your heart chakra and see the silver, violet flame grow

slowly~ again expanding out through your entire aura


Feel it transmute all negativity you wish to release and send to the Ether, feel it

expand your light, feel it transform your energies to the Divine space they

deserve to be~

In your head I want you to repeat after me;

Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael I ask you to release all energies

which no longer serve me

Wait a few moments as they release for you

Now repeat in your head

I am love

I am light

I am a Divine being of light

I shine this light out into the world

All is well, all is good, I give thanks

Sit for a few moments and hold this space of love.

When you are ready~ thank the Divine Angels for their help and know they are

never far away. Now slowly wiggle your toes, your fingers, feel your body back

in the chair and when you are ready give a stretch and open your eyes.

You may be able to record this on to your mobile phone and play back.
