How often should we eat different foods?

Eat the food in the green levels every day.

Eat a little of the food in the yellow level every day.

Eat the food in the red level only on special occasions.

A diet can be healthy or unhealthy.

Unhealthy.It has got of salt, sugar and fats.Don´t eat every day just on special occasions.

Essential but in small quantities.

Eat a little of it every day. If you eat too much it can make you overweight!

Essential for good health.

Eat some every day!

Which of these things should you do?

Eat the food on the top level every day.

Eat a right number of servings of each type of food.

Eat food from all levels every day.

Which shouldn´t you?

Eat a piece of fruit or some vegetables

at least five times a day

Drink water or fruit juice and not fizzy drinks
