1 Peter 4:11 …If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever.

A Church with four members:Their names are: • Mr. Everybody• Mrs. Somebody• Mrs. Anybody• Mr. Nobody

The church had some financial needs, and Mr. Everybody was asked to helpBut Mr. Everybody thought that Mrs.

Anybody could have done itHowever Mrs. Anybody assumed that Mrs.

Somebody would do itBut you know who did it?

The church’s building needed some work andMrs. Somebody was asked to helpBut Mrs. Somebody got mad, because

Mrs. Anybody could have done it, and after all, it was really Mr. Everybody’s job

In the end the work was given to Mr. Nobody, and Mr. Nobody did a fine job

On & on it went

Whenever work was to be done, Mr. Nobody could always be counted on

Mr. Nobody visited the sick, Mr. Nobody gave his time, Mr. Nobody shared his faith

In short, Mr. Nobody was a very faithful member…

Finally the day came when Mr. Somebody left the church and took Mrs. Anybody & Mrs. Everybody with him…Guess who was left.

Mr. Nobody! Isn’t that a sad story
