Their lordships reserve to themselves the power, when the tendersare opened, of contracting cither for the whole or for such part thereofonly as they may deem fi t, or for a creator quantity, or of not contractiigtor any, and also an unlimited power of selection.

Samplei of the vegetables must be produced by the parties tendering.Tho samples produced by persona whose tenders are not accepted are

requested to be taken away by them immediately after the contract hasbeen decided.

No tender will be received unless made on the printed form providedfor the purpose, and which may be obtained on application at t he saidoffi ce, or to Commander Bevis, conducting the packet service at Liver-pool, or to the Collector of Customs at Bristol .

The conditions of the revised contract, to which particular attentioncalled, may be seen at the paid office , and at Liverpool and Bristol.No tender will he received after One o'clock OB tho day of treaty, and
