• Investigate technologies used by organizations to communicate information.

• Report on uses of technology to support communication

• Use Word, Publisher, Powerpoint and web pages to 5 professional commercial documents

• Analyse commercial documents

• Investigate the use of ICT in commerce and industry

• Investigate a case study on a specific organization

• Report on the uses of ICT in organizations including possible improvements and developments

• Open exam where you take in your case study notes

• Investigate the use of a spreadsheet to analyse and present numeric data

• Report on the sources and methods used to find information, to include:

• the selection and efficient use of research engines to find information required;

• information of different types accessed from large websites and databases

• an evaluation of the methods used to find

information.
