At Lutheran High School, athletics is not choosing between excellence in competition and faithfully serving Jesus Christ. It is both. We want our coaches and athletes to be students of the game, striving to accomplish personal and team goals while carrying out assignments with precision. While mastery of game fundamentals is pursued, students develop character and encourage faith growth. These value-added components shape everything about our practices and competitions. Athletes at LuHi hone their skills while remaining committed and accountable to academics, relationships of integrity, their teachers and coaches, their teams, and their Savior.

Through athletics, our programs and coaches will encourage and instill the following core values: — Witness our faith in Jesus Christ through our sportsmanship and integrity — Accountability and Responsibility — Teamwork and Perseverance — Pursue excellence in competition
