Our Mission - WE, the people of Our Lady of Consolation Parish guided by the Holy Spirit and nourished by the Eucharist, pledge to continue the mission of Jesus Christ who announced the reign of God. We accept His challenge to proclaim the Good News of salvation that Jesus, the Christ, died for us, and in Him we have life to the fullest measure. We seek to live as He lived, in service to others, building a community of faith and hope, with God’s grace as our strength and the peace of Christ our heart’s desire. A Parishioner is - one who is registered and participates in the liturgical life of the parish and demonstrates their support, as reflected in the Parish Mission Statement, by completing and fulfilling an annual Stewardship Commitment of Time, Talent and Treasure. A Message of Hope In today’s Gospel the Pharisees are again testing Jesus. So many times, during his public life, Jesus was tested and challenged. He was denied three times by his beloved Apostle, Peter and betrayed by one of his other twelve apostles, Judas. Yet, as he died nailed to a cross, He asked the Father for forgiveness for those who harmed Him. What greater Love can there ever be? Parishioner Remarks: Next weekend Fr. Michael and our parish family will celebrate his 40th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood. This is truly a blessing for Fr. Michael and our parish. He has touched many lives as a Pastor, Educator and Hospital Chaplin. He has been with us during the great times on our lives and the times that challenged us the most. Dear Fr. Michael, May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, And the rains fall soft upon your fields, May God hold you in the palm of His hand all the days of your life. A Message of Hope

In today’s Gospel the Pharisees are again testing Jesus.

Parishioner Remarks:

Next weekend Fr.

Dear Fr. Michael,

May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, And the rains fall soft upon your fields, May God hold you in the palm of His hand all the days of your life.

Sincerely, Your Parish Family
