Outlook Integration* Embed invitations to Meetings from the Outlook ribbon using the Meetings Outlook plug-in. Allow end users to create, schedule, modify, and invite attendees to meetings. Synchronize with Outlook Calendar.

Real-time sync: Meeting notes, actions and tasks are synced in real time for multi-user use.

“Roll Call” Capabilities: Automatically generate attendee lists based upon previous or reoccurring meeting instances for attendance documentation.

Upload attachments: Users can upload attachments before, during, and after meeting instances for supplemental information and enhanced collaboration. Attachments are stored in SharePoint document libraries.

Rich Text Support: Comprehensive text editing tools – including bold, underline, and bulleted text styles—offer end users enhanced note taking capabilities.

Hosted on Microsoft Azure: AvePoint Meetings Online Pro & Lite takes advantage of cloud scalability to easily support any number of business users and SharePoint sites. With Azure's 99.95% monthly SLA, business users have reliable access to their most up-to-date tasks and calendars.

An end user can create, schedule, modify and invite attendees from their Outlook ribbon or from their browser.

Search and classifications: Classify meeting items with out-of-the-box and configurable tags. Search by keyword and configurable metadata to quickly locate key information and individual meetings for review, auditing, and action status.

Agenda-level security trimming: AvePoint Meetings Pro Server allows you to delegate and limit meeting information to the appropriate audience with security trimming at the agenda item level.

Enterprise-grade monitoring – System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) plug-in allows system administrators to monitor the health and performance of AvePoint Meetings Pro Server across a number of dimensions including but not limited to errors, slow-loading meetings and pages, and time to create meetings.
