The drinks menu features a unique

collection of cocktails created

by NY-LON’s head mixologist and

features twists on classic cocktails

such as the Manhattan, Whiskey

Sour and Tom Collins.

Served alongside an innovative

range of aviation themed cocktails

such as our Transatlantic, Flying

Lady, Maiden Voyager and Atlanta.

The NY-LON menu is inspired by these iconic cities, with New York style cured meats and London plates like the Billingsgate fish pie.

and intimacy of an exclusive

venue, NY-LON’s VIP Lounge

is a private space tucked away

from the buzz of the Turbine Bar.

The lounge features four

booths, each one themed by

a key transatlantic destination,

Atlanta, London, Los Angeles

and New York.

To make our VIP guests feel

just that little bit more special,

each booth is fitted with a push

button, airline style call system,

for personal drinks and service.

The four 6-8 seater booths in

the VIP Lounge can be reserved

individually, or alternatively the

whole VIP area can be reserved

for up to 32 guests.
