He has been to Japan & Germany with vast exposure to Benchmark Plants &Practices in detail with companies like BMW and Mercedes. He is also assessor for ACMAAnnual Awards at National level.

Ravinder has worked as a Manufacturing Excellence Expert with more than 100 Organizationscovering Indian, American & German MNCs like Cummins, Demag Cranes, Crompton Greaves,Godrej Appliances, Bata, Luminous to name a few in last 10 years at Pan India basis.

Ravinder's major contribution can be accessed by the fact that the companies served reportedsavings for more than 5000 millions.

Rajesh Dahiya, Senior Counselor, ICRME. Rajesh is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, certifiedBlack Belt in Lean Six Sigma and trained in TQM practices by Prof. T Suda (Japan), during AsahiIndia Glass Deming Award Journey, and Prof. Mizota ,JIPM Japan. He is also Auditor for CII for 5SExcellence Award in Northern Region. He is consultant for more than 50 Organisations in NorthIndia in the domain of Manufacturing Excellence. Mr. Rajesh has also conducted more than 100training programs at Pan India basis including programs for QCI and Ministry of MSME, New Delhi.

Rajesh has undergone various overseas assignments in Japan, France and Thailand. He hadserved reputed organizations, i.e. CII- Avantha Centre for Competitiveness for SMEs (Chandigarh),Denso Asahi Glass Ltd and Mothersons Sumi Systems Ltd.

Rajesh has more than 15 years experience as a counsellor at the CII Avanta Center for Competitiveness, Chandigarh and practical Auto sector, especially with the companies whichare known as Japanese Giant in manufacturing .
