A Pilot Project on Central Nursing Training & Development Database
Background
In view of the fact that nursing staff could not access to the training module in HRPS, individual hospitals built up their own nursing staff T&D database to cater for the ad hoc request from hospital management and Nursing Services Division, HAHO.

Central Nursing Training & Development Database
CNTDD is an electronic system recording the HA nursing staff training data and history. It provides a standardized platform for the data entry, storage and retrieval. It may merge with the existing nursing training and development record system in different HA hospitals

1. To provide a platform for staff to view their own training records
2. To allow supervisors and top management to have an easily accessible training history of these records
