In short, a plant-based diet is a diet that centers around plants: vegetables, fruits, beans and legumes, whole grains and seeds and nuts.

A 22 oz. bag of frozen chicken costs about $7. ThereAre about 150 calories in 4 oz. of this kind of chicken. If the chicken is deep friend add even more calories!
