Posh at Play: Semi-annual regional meetings usually held on weeknights in large cities where you can meet the Home Office and try new products. These meetings typically occur within 4-6 weeks after the launch of a new Posh Catalog.

Leadership: Is held in February and in the days before Unconventional (late July / early Aug) for leaders in the company. Spring / Summer products are typically released at the February meeting.

The Incentive: An annual incentive will be introduced once each year. It’s the highest Posh benchmarks for an indulgent pampering getaway to a luxury resort, all expenses on us with the Home Office.

PV stands for Personal Volume. During any month, it is the total of your personal commissionable sales. This includes anything you sell to customers or buy for personal use. At Perfectly Posh, the commissionable value of an item is equal to its retail price.

If you have ever sold products for another company, you know that it is common for consultants to be paid on a value that is less than the retail price. This is most often called Wholesale Volume. Paying commissions on Wholesale Volume allows companies to claim higher commission rates. For example, if Wholesale Vol-ume is 75% of the retail price, and their commission rate is 20%, the commissions paid are actually only 15% of the original retail price ($100 retail = $75 wholesale volume. Then 20% of $75 is $15, or 15% of the original retail price.) At Perfectly Posh, when we say it’s 20% it really is 20%. You sell $100 and earn $20 – plain and simple. Your Team Volume (TV) and Company Volume (CV) are important for rank advancement and growing your business.

Your Company includes you and every Consultant in your downline, regardless of her Title. Your Company Volume (CV) is simply the total sales volume for all Consultants in your Company.

Your Team includes you and every Consultant in your downline who is not a Premier or in the downline of a Premier. Therefore, your Team Volume (TV) is simply the total sales volume for all Consultants in your Team. If you have not yet reached Premier, and neither has anyone in your downline, then your Company and your Team are the same. They only become different when someone in your downline promotes to Premier or above.

Qualified Frontline Consultants are your personal recruits who have 200 PV or more in a month. When you look at your downline report, in the Level column, you are Level 0 and your Frontline Consultants are Level 1. When Level 1 Consultants (your Frontline) personally sell 200 PV or more in a month, they are Qualified and count toward your QFC.

Whatisthemostimportantruletoremember whencalculatingmycommissioncheck?_______________________________________________________________The most important rule is: Your Rank, Their Title. To calculate how much you have earned on the sales of Consultants in your downline, you simply need to know your Rank for that month and the Title (highest Rank ever achieved) of each of your Frontline Consultants. You are paid on the Team Volume (TV) of each of your Frontline Consultants. The downline reports subtotals sales from every Consultant in your company into the Team Volume of each of your Frontline Consultants. And remember, it doesn’t matter what the Titles are of the rest of the Consultants in your downline (Level 2, 3, 4, etc.). Your Rank and the Titles of your Level 1 Con-sultants determine your commissions.
