Slide 3
The governing body/ advisory board makes a significant
contribution to the leadership of the school and works successfully
to support school leaders. The school is fully accountable to the
governing body/ advisory board for its performance and quality. The
governing body/ advisory board includes wide representation from
all stakeholders. It routinely seeks and responds constructively to
their views
Slide 4
The governing body/advisory board provides strategic guidance
to the school and holds the leadership of the school to account for
its performance. The school gives sufficiently regular and detailed
accounts of its performance to the governing body/advisory board
and includes comprehensive information regarding the achievement of
students and future school priorities. Governance is very effective
in ensuring that the school meets its commitment to parents and
fulfils statutory requirements. The school has a governing
body/advisory board which is representative of the school community
and the context in which it operates. It provides an objective and
independent view of the school. There are effective processes in
place to ensure that governance in the school reflects the views of
all stakeholders. The governing body/advisory board meets regularly
to review the schools work; the meetings are fully minuted and
relevant information is distributed amongst stakeholders. This
leads to informed and responsive decision-making, helping to direct
change and manage school resources efficiently.

Trustees Operations governed by a Constitution which dictates
policies on all governance matters including elections /
appointments of officials including Management Committee, Chairman
etc. finance approvals periodicity of meetings attendance in

Board of Trustees operates on a total NOT FOR PROFIT principle
That is, no member of the Board is entitled to draw any benefits /
profits from the operations of the school All revenue from school
operations are pumped back into the development of the school on a
self financing basis The Constitution ensures that the school may
not charge any additional fee from its students apart from the
regular charges of tuition, transport, activity etc. The
institution is an ideal example of providing education as a social
service than as a commercial enterprise Providing advice, guidance
and ensuring accountability
